Very Unpleasant Experience and Serious Hygiene Concerns🚨 This was my first visit to the clinic, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. I had several concerns regarding hygiene and infection control during the procedure. None of the working tools, lights, or surrounding equipment appeared to be covered or protected. I was also given what appeared to be dirty glasses to wear during the procedure. The dentist touched my gums with gloves, then proceeded to touch unwrapped instruments, a personal bag, and other dentist’s instruments before returning to work inside my mouth without changing her gloves. At one point, an instrument fell onto me and then onto the floor. It was picked up and the procedure continued. The instrument also appeared to be broken. I was additionally left with a wet T-shirt after the procedure. Overall, I left feeling very uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene standards and handling of instruments. I expected a much more professional and hygienic environment from a dental clinic, especially when working directly inside a patient’s mouth.

I would like to express my enormous gratitude to the clinic and Dr. Lali! As a rather demanding person, not only the final result but every detail, professionalism, responsibility and individual approach to the patient are very important to me. That is why my experience with Dr. Lali and every employee of this clinic is especially valuable to me. Unfortunately, due to poorly performed work by my previous dentist, I had gum inflammation, which caused me quite a lot of discomfort. Dr. Lali, with her special method, knowledge and professionalism, was able to solve my problem in the shortest possible time. However, my case was not limited to this; the main difficulty was precisely correcting the aesthetic and functional result. I was missing one tooth in the upper jaw, which caused a significant shift of the central line of the teeth. My previous dentist made zirconia ceramic crowns for me, but unfortunately, he could not align the center. Moreover, to fill the space of the lost tooth, he chose to increase the size of the teeth. As a result, the teeth turned out disproportionately large, did not match the features of my face and appearance, and the central line problem remained unresolved. For me this was not just an aesthetic flaw; the result was completely different from what I expected and wanted. This is where Dr. Lali’s special professionalism and abilities became apparent. She was able not only to restore the place of the lost tooth with zirconia ceramic crowns, but also to align the central line as much as possible and return a harmonious, natural smile. For me, this is truly an amazing result! In fact, Dr. Lali had to solve an extremely difficult task. It is one thing to create the desired result according to your own vision, and it is quite another to correct already completed work that was undesirable for me, so that the final result is aesthetically perfect and tailored to my individual characteristics. This very difference showed me the real scale of her knowledge, experience and professional abilities. Based on my personal experience, I can confidently say that Dr. Lali truly amazed me with her knowledge and abilities. She managed to do what seemed impossible or extremely difficult to me before. The result exceeded all expectations and gave my mouth a new, beautiful and healthy smile. I especially want to note Dr. Lali’s individual approach. For a person who considers every little detail and precision in the finer points extremely important, it is invaluable when a doctor not only offers their own professional vision but also listens carefully to the patient, takes into account their character, wishes and expectations. Dr. Lali’s insights and recommendations fully matched my requirements, which ultimately led us to great success. Our whole family started going to this clinic. A very calm and wonderful atmosphere, excellent staff who speak Georgian, English and Russian. Lali, the dentist, is very sweet and kind; she put a crown on my tooth and prescribed gum treatment based on test results. My husband started getting implants from Giorgi. The doctor is very attentive and positive, and always checks on how you feel after the operation. My 13-year-old daughter had a cleaning with Lali, and she liked it too. I came to the clinic for a consultation, including about the cost. The implantologist Giorgi answered all my questions and explained everything. Thank you very much! The orthopedist Lali conducted the examination without gloves, in the spirit of “what do you need from me” and “why don’t you do it at another clinic”. When asked about the cost, she simply brushed it off, saying that during the course of treatment it would become clear what exactly would be needed and that “another patient is waiting for me”. I did not expect a detailed treatment plan with all the options and prices (such an unreachable cosmos was provided to me in only one clinic here), but at least the order of prices. After all, we are talking about not small sums. This is a very strange attitude(

My favorite clinic in the city, with extremely professional doctors and staff. The service is at the highest level; you will never see any fuss, bustle, and so on here. Everything is like a real medical institution, and this is very important. Everything is clean, it always smells pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the doctors are very, very highly qualified. For orthodontics I am treated by Dr. Natia and I am absolutely delighted. Therapy, surgery and orthopedics — Dr. Irakli Gasviani. I am a very nervous and fearful patient, but with this doctor nothing is scary and everything is painless; he has a very light hand, is very attentive and is truly a professional in his field, simply the best doctor, I wholeheartedly recommend him. In addition, he is also a perfectionist — he will not let go until he decides the work is done perfectly; it is clear he works with his whole heart!
