I arrived at the clinic with a positive attitude, but I never even got to see the doctor because of the rude and unprofessional staff. As soon as I entered, the receptionist didn't pay attention to me until he answered the phone for 5 patients. Then he scolded me for my mother giving the phone number, saying that I am an adult (he really has no right to control me). When my mother went out elsewhere, one of the doctors and the receptionist started gossiping. They were insulting us behind our backs with rude and disrespectful words. It's very shameful, and I'm very sorry that you are so unprofessional. I will never come back to this clinic again. Because of these incredibly rude and unhelpful people, I couldn't reach the doctor.

This was my first time at the clinic and I won't be going back! I couldn't even reach the doctor because they treated me so rudely and tactlessly that I lost all desire to be there! Maybe these two ladies could show a bit more tact towards the patients and calmly provide complete information about the treatment! It was a very unpleasant experience, unfortunately, something I didn't expect🙌🏻
