I experienced complete incompetence. I went several times, and your physiotherapist wasn't available, and others couldn't take me because they all had patients. There's no warning for patients, which is very wrong. Also, during exercises, some physiotherapists are on their phones, playing games or watching something, and they don't pay attention to whether you're doing the exercises correctly. I had a very bad experience, and the situation is catastrophic; everything is in disarray.

Dr. Tea, and physical therapist Iraki, were each awesome, at first. They were helping me recover from a terrible fall. But when I needed appointments for an ongoing concern - they completely ignored me and never returned my calls. I even physically went to the clinic to make an appointment, and upon approaching the door (I could see through the glass doors) I saw Irakli look at me and then run to the back of the office and disappear. I left the country with unused visits I had paid for to use the pool. I was very disappointed in the treatment I received there. Thankfully, I am back in my home country where I have great insurance and receive excellent medical care. And I am also treated with respect.

I wouldn't call the service good. My experience was like this. I went to the clinic to get a health certificate for the driving test. In the end, they made me a certificate, but they didn't put all the necessary stamps. I only found out about this in Rustavi (which, by the way, takes 1.5 hours to get to from Tbilisi), at the place where the exam was taking place. Without a certificate, my exam didn't take place and I had to waste time and money to go back to the clinic and get the certificate done according to all the rules. In addition, the girl at the reception made it clear that she didn't want to serve me in English. She just waved her hand at me and made a face. I can't say I was surprised, but it wasn't pleasant either. Later, another girl came up and started communicating in Russian herself.

Was there for back massage...got very disappointed. I don't recommend getting a massage there.
