I’ve been a patient at this clinic for three years, and now that I’m leaving Georgia, I just want to say a big thank you. First of all, huge thanks to Nino Gaprindashvili, a family therapist who always shows real care and warmth ♥️ Also, thank you so much to Nino Machivariani, Liana Kartozia, and Margalita Khazaradze for being so kind, attentive and professional🤍 The reception girls — thank you for always being so accurate (and why are you all looking like models btw? 😅)🩷 🙃 Unfortunately, nothing is perfect. One very unpleasant experience I had was with ultrasound specialist Kristina Ananidze. She behaved irritated during the procedure, and right after it she told me that next time she “wouldn’t speak this language” (meaning Russian). NO ONE asked her to speak Russian, she started speaking russian herself — we could’ve easily talked in English, but it seems she doesn’t know it. Tbilisi is a city full of people from all over the world who come and go every year. That kind of attitude from a doctor leaves a really bad impression, especially when you’re in a vulnerable position as a patient.

I had a scheduled appointment recently: super professional, excellent doctor, I was also prescribed a lab test on the same day. All together, including visits and lab tests, took me less than one hour in total. Honestly, as an expat who doesn’t speak Georgian, I think I will keep coming here for routine and non-urgent medical care moving forward.

The hospital looks very modern and neat, receptionists were helpful and my appointment started on time. The doctor, Teimuraz Chikhladze, was very professional and spoke perfect English. The GP, who registered the meds prescribed to me in the system, was nice and spoke English too. Even the lady at the pharmacy was sweet and wished me to get better! I'm no fan of hospitals in general, but this was a really nice experience

Curatio is a good, tidy and a clean clinic, but far a little bit. I Visited dermatologist doctor Maia Datuashvili. A nice, professional and well organized doctor. She speaks very good English as well.

Edit: whoever calls from this hospital on the phone though needs some training. They sound incredibly annoyed when you ask them anything.

I was visiting dermatologist Neli Bakuradze in this clinic a couple of times. Everything was good and professional, so only good experience from visiting her. But now I also visited family doctor Nino Beritashvili once, for some reason she was talking with me indignantly. I had arterial hypertension before, but when I visited cardiologist in another clinic 6 month ago after examination(measuring blood pressure twice a day 2 weeks and it was normal, ECG, ultrasound, blood and urine analysis) the decision was that I have no more arterial hypertension. But Nino Beritashvili took a look at my analysis(I had a bit heightened cholesterol), measured my blood pressure one time(it was high, I guess because I was nervous) and said that she thinks I still have arterial hypertension and should take "Enap" pills. For me such diagnosis after only measuring blood pressure once without additional researches sounds strange and not trustable, and it actually wasn't the question of my visit. Considering this and the way she was talking to me, I don't want to visit such doctor anymore. The rooms are clean. I personally received results of analysis quick. On the reception some misunderstanding happened a few times with me, but at the end it was resolved, so all good from this side.

The staff is really polite and helpful. Quick assistance at the registration. One of the biggest advantages for me as a foreigner is that I can choose a doctor that speaks English. I had a very pleasant experience in this clinic!

Nino Otarishvili - ham doctor. Didn't really look at me. Didn't write tests. Immediately ordered to buy a hormonal ointment. Not listening to my medical history, and what I can and cannot do. kicked me out in a minute! I made an appointment with a Russian-speaking doctor, all conversations with me were in Russian, and they themselves offered me a Russian-speaking doctor. as a result, the doctor spoke poor English, refused to speak Russian and behaved arrogantly and not professionally. If it's only because of the language, because I asked if it would be convenient for her to speak Russian, because I don't know English well, then I'm from Kazakhstan and I think it's indecent. I paid money, but they did not help me
