We had such a great experience with Dr. Alena Guivan ( Pediatrician). My daughter was complaining about pain in her leg, so we decided to see the doctor right away. We were able to get an appointment the very same day, and everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Guivan did a full check-up and was incredibly kind and patient throughout the visit. Instead of ordering unnecessary tests, she suggested watching my daughter for a couple of days and, amazingly, the leg pain disappeared the same day! My daughter actually enjoyed the visit and now wants to see Dr. Guivan whenever she feels unwell. I’d highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Guivan to anyone looking for a caring and professional pediatrician. The clinic itself is modern, welcoming, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Visited Chaika Clinic in Tbilisi for flu-like symptoms (weakness, cough, runny nose), mainly to rule out a bacterial infection. Dr. Leo Bakradze took his time, listened, and did a thorough exam—temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, chest/abdomen, lymph nodes. He explained everything in clear language and even compared my vitals not only to local standards but also to current EU/US guidelines. I left with a concrete, step-by-step treatment plan and next steps. No upselling—just thoughtful, evidence-based care. I was seen on time and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Leo Bakradze.

I’m writing this review after a long time since my appointment with the gynecologist Sabina Utamuradova. When I explained her my symptoms she told me that it’s just my body and my organism and that this is completely normal. Of course I knew it’s not normal so went to another clinic and it turned out that I have an infection and I had to take antibiotics. So basically she just didn’t bother to do any tests and said everything is fine. I am absolutely shocked how a doctor can be so irresponsible.

I’ve had only positive experiences with Chaika Clinic. Over the past three years, I have visited many doctors there, and all of them were helpful, polite, and highly professional. I would especially like to mention psychiatrist Ina Suladze. I was going through a very difficult period in my life, marked by depression. At our first appointment, she conducted a thorough assessment of my symptoms with kindness and compassion. I felt very comfortable and free to share my feelings. She prescribed both medication and psychotherapy. After three months of treatment, I began to feel significantly better — I still can’t believe how different things are compared to just a few months ago. I am truly grateful to Dr. Ina Suladze for her professionalism and for helping me find a treatment that works.
