I have never received a more useless service anywhere. It is unacceptable for such unprofessionals to work with children. They filled in the form as if they had checked everything for the child, but actually did nothing at all, they couldn't even be bothered to put the booties on the feet ))) The ordinary 112 emergency service is much more competent when it comes to children, and it's free too.

Let nobody be fooled by their supposed "high class" service. An uneducated and unprofessional staff of doctors, plus rude and inattentive!

This was the most terrible thing in our life. I don't know how to call this organization a children's emergency service. First of all, they didn't call the free ambulance, because we thought that since it's paid, they would be able to help better. At 3 a.m. the child had a high temperature and false croup, this ambulance came, and what was my surprise when they said they wouldn't give the child an injection because they don't have the right, they poured it from the ampoule onto a spoon and gave dexa that way. Secondly, the doctor listened to the child and said that the bronchi and lungs were all clear. But they have a business, for a separate fee of course, they did a COVID test 🤦🏻‍♀️. Which could not have been. All day the child coughed even more and had a temperature. On the second day we took him to a pediatrician, who, after listening, immediately sent him for an X-ray, saying it was bronchitis. In the end the child has pneumonia, which the miracle doctor from that booth failed to recognize. I don't know how such doctors can be kept, they will simply kill children. I don't recommend this pseudo-help to anyone. They are purely money-oriented…

The worst service.. apparently they couldn't find our address, and those called at 10 in the morning did not come for 10 hours to a child with a high fever.... you are not doctors...

You don't live up to your name, "Emergency Pediatrics". Why? I called at midnight, the child was very sick, meaning I urgently needed a doctor, a pediatrician. In response I'm told everyone is busy (I ask how many on-duty teams there are, to which you answer that you can't tell me. Really, why? Is that some kind of violation? I don't understand. Also, the second miracle: you tell me to call back in 40 minutes and if it's free, it will come. So I should wait by the ambulance until it's free? And if it becomes free in 39 minutes but someone else calls before me, do I call again after another 40 minutes? And so on forever? Answer: you must note the number and that when the ambulance is freed it will be sent to the specified address, I hope you'll take this into account. P.S. And in general, if the ambulance doesn't have time, I advise you to add services/staff/vehicles in this part.
