My go to clinic in this area. Always busy but you never wait long. Very good prices. Dr's are great.

Asked for English assistance, waited 5 minutes for help, when they finally picked up they greeted me in Georgian and when I asked if they speak English they said something I didn’t understand and hung up straight away

This clinic is a mess.

Incompetent people at the registry. They talk to you in a rude tone because of their mistake and try to make you feel uncomfortable. One of their registrars incorrectly calculated the amount to be paid for the service financed by insurance (it seemed that she was either new or did not understand the issue and asked the girl next to her for help. It turns out that it was even a mistake of 2 people!) I actually did not know how much I had to pay for the service and therefore I did not have any doubts and paid what I was told at that moment! A few days later they call me and inform me that due to the mentioned mistake I have to add an amount that I should have paid in reality at that time. Of course I did not pay anything and instead of protecting the employee and saying that “we are not blaming you but we actually do”, it is better to either hire a competent person or conduct relevant trainings more often. It is a shame.

The clinic is good. We had an allergy test there, spent only 30 minutes and got the result in hand.

There is no basic price list, it is unclear how to get services here

Doctors are too insistent. They talked me out of an abortion. They made an incorrect diagnosis.

Bad service!!
