Lifesavers in a scary situation! I cannot thank the Emergency Department at American Hospital Tbilisi enough for their swift and professional action. My son lost consciousness and hit his head, which was an incredibly terrifying experience for me as a parent. The ambulance brought us to AHT, and the ER team immediately took control of the situation. They acted fast, conducted all the necessary checks, and made sure my son was safe and stable. The communication was excellent; the doctors and almost all nurses spoke perfect English and kept us informed and calm during the entire process. The quality of care was truly international standard. I am forever grateful to the wonderful team for taking such good care of my boy!

Amazing experience, the staff the doctors the nurses were truly wonderful. I would like to mention Irakli Paichadze, Nika, Eka and Mariami were so respectful and kind, Recommend 100%.

My experience there was far from great. I had a broken toe, went in, they let me pay, told me to wait for doctor, turns out they didn't have enough cabinets (rooms) free that day even though doctors were available and after waiting for 1 hour they told me to get back after another 2 hours. There was very little communication from the staff as well.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:10 and when I arrived there was such a long line, it would probably take 3 hours to get to the doctor. What is even the point of making an appointment if I have to stand in line? Some of us have lives and busy schedules.

Three years ago, my two-month-old son had surgery for a stopped heart. I can't even dare to recall that day or write a comment, nor can I write a thank-you comment...

I was there today Tuesday 25 August 2026. The people on reception were so helpful. Three different people all were very attentive. The Gastroenterologist department were simply fantastic. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I could not recommend them more. Top notch. 5 stars.

Professional and very quick

The worst experience you can ever have, my sister fell down and dislocated a finger and was in a lot of pain, we arrived to emergency they were smoking outside, and when I approached them and explained the situation they started taking her in slow like hell, while laughing and throwing jokes in gergoian, they didn’t take us seriously what so ever, I had to take her passport from their hands and took my sister to another hospital, they we’re disrespectful, unprofessional, and had no compassion for the human suffering, stay away from here .. RUN!
