The worst clinic I don't recommend to anyone.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the doctor - Archil Tsuladze. I went to him with three different indications. He "got me" and finished talking to me in a maximum of three minutes and answered every question I had in a very annoyed manner and as briefly as possible. I got the feeling that he wanted me to leave the room as soon as possible and get rid of him. 0 kindness and literally no help at all. (Except for what he probably arranged himself - you are in surgery) However, he did not check my condition. This was when I had been waiting for a visit with him for 2 months and when a visit costs 100 GEL. I immediately started looking for another otolaryngologist. I would be very ashamed to have provided such an unprofessional and low-level attitude and service to anyone in his place. The doctor should understand that when a patient comes to him, he needs his help, not his “closed” body language and rolling his eyes at every question… And finally: the diagnosis and “solution” he gave me are not correct. If he had shown the slightest attention and desire to help, he would have asked me questions and investigated what was bothering me. As for the clinic: it seems clean and tidy, although after this incident I hope I will never have to return there. Administration, I hope you will pass on this feedback to the above-mentioned person.

The hospital is very bad, and the medical staff do not seem to understand what they are doing. I went there for surgery, but instead they performed something completely different. After that, the doctor told me that everything was fine and that I needed a colonoscopy. When I woke up from anesthesia, I discovered that the roof of my mouth had been torn and injured, apparently because I choked while I was under full anesthesia. Was this caused by the colonoscopy? If the Georgian state insurance does not cover the operation, why wasn’t I informed honestly from the beginning? Why wasn’t I told that clearly before all of this? I still need surgery, yet all that was done was another procedure. Did you do all of this just for $300? Damn you, Georgia. I have not found a single person who is good, honest, and respectful.

I haven't been able to make an appointment for a month; they're ignoring my WhatsApp and Instagram messages.

You pay a lot of money and the doctors don't listen to you at all and don't care about anything. The patient's recovery is not a priority, they are in the business of medicine and the money is being shaved off the patient.

My cousin was in such a serious condition that even the professionals themselves had a hard time believing that there was a way out. But in a difficult, critical moment, they took responsibility and performed a miracle ❤️by giving us his life. You have proven that the highest professionalism, efficiency and human compassion are an invincible force. Words are not enough to express the gratitude we feel for you. I bow my head In front of your knowledge, your professionalism and the big heart with which you performed a true miracle.❤ Thank you for giving us back our Gio! ” There is no need to cross the border when you have such a clinic in the country.

The hospital is good and decent, but there is a woman at the emergency counter named Maja. She is really terrible. She answers all my questions in a horrible way. I am very shocked about the answers and way of speaking.
