Very bad experience during the visit to the doctor, you have to wait for hours. Even at the scheduled time, it's not possible to see the doctor on time, and there is clearly a lack of organization. Respecting patients' time is truly essential. I was very disappointed and after this experience, I do not plan to come here again.

Despite the fact that a lot of time has passed since this incident, I realized that turning a blind eye and staying silent about this terrible experience is a crime against future patients. This was not just unprofessionalism — it was a complete collapse of basic humanity and medical ethics. The doctor, whose primary duty is to support, calm, and provide qualified assistance to the patient, created real hysteria and panic on the spot for an absurd reason. Instead of providing a reasoned medical explanation, Nino Tseruaashvili, along with her assistant, went straight to insults, cynicism, and open psychological pressure. It's astonishing and shameful how such "specialists" manage to continue their medical practice and maintain their licenses. There was aggression and a dismissive attitude from both of them. Along with all this, the "doctor" clearly saw how much pain I was experiencing and how vulnerable I was at that time. There was not even a hint of basic humanity in her. She couldn't even provide an incorrect diagnosis — there was no diagnosis at all. Instead of helping, she inflicted such a severe psychological trauma on me that it took me a full 2 years to overcome. I believe that such "doctors" are simply dangerous for patients. This was a very difficult experience that clearly showed their complete inability — both professionally and personally. Such people should be banned from interacting with patients altogether.

I had good experience visiting this hospital. I hurt my foot and came for X-ray and consultation at Sunday. It was fast, I'm not an expert but X-ray equipment seemed to be nice and new. All staff spoke either English or Russian. The price was 170 gel for consultation + X-ray.

Hospital has issues with time management. You come booked for 11:00 AM. Staff cannot find your doctor. The doctor is walking around searching for an empty cabinet, then occupies a cabinet of another doctor. Administration is not always informed about new seating of the doctor. Also while providing the bill for some reason another person's invoice got into my papers and now I know other person's personal ID number... It would be amazing if patient booking numbers would turn on on the cabinets and all doctors would be seated where they are supposed to and would accept you in a timely manner.

I give 5 stars to Peri, who takes care of Turkish customers. Turks coming here can contact her and get help. She is an amazing girl, I go to this hospital only for Peri.

We came here on purpose to have a good service for an ankle pain that happened at night, a deep pain. We were charged more than 500 lari to get out with almost no information, all documents in full Georgian (we know we were in Georgia and we fully respect this beautiful country), but the point of an American hospital is to have at least some English-speaking staff for foreign patients. Instead we witnessed a cash machine willing to charge for every bit of basic service (translation of documents, pain killers, traumatologist), and yet we paid more than a 500 lari, to get what? A shot of pain killers and x-rays with almost zero feedback. What a shame for the American hospital network…

DON'T GO. If you want to be treated poorly right from the start... The girl at the reception (the one who thinks she speaks better English than an American) doesn't even listen to you, looks you up and down, judges you, and with a pouty face, says she’s very sorry about your situation but there’s a minimum fee (which in our case was almost €150) and she can’t tell you the maximum because she imagines you might need surgery... Even if it’s clearly a case of an allergy from a bite like mine. We had insurance with Irati and while my boyfriend was contacting them, she kept pressuring us about whether we accepted or not, our insurance sent a paper to show and for the payment to go directly through them, and she didn’t even look at it (she didn’t like that we were firm and didn’t just accept her terms), she told me that if I wanted to be seen, I already knew... Well, the level of dehumanization is incredible, they only see the money they "think" you have. I could have paid... Yes. But I don’t think we should accept such bad treatment. For good service (where they look at you and then discuss money, which should be the minimum), go to the Caucasian Medical Center, it’s a bit further but it doesn’t cost much by taxi and it’s worth it. For bites with infection or other types of infection, go directly to the Vakhtang Bochorishvili Clinic. I hope to save you some bad moments, fortunately, I wasn’t in a serious condition and had the privilege to say no.

The girl at reception today (around 6.00 pm) was really rude and unpleasant. All they want is to take your money.

The girl in the front desk gave us one of the worst treatment I have ever experienced. Zero interest, only trying to ask for money, don't listen to my explanations about my world insurance.... As a tourist, avoid at all cost, they only want your money.
