I don’t recommend this clinic!!! I first came to this clinic for a root canal with Dr. Mariam Kvirikashvili, and it turned into one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had. I paid 450 GEL in total. During treatment, I was in severe pain due to inadequate administration of anesthesia, and instead of empathy, I was told my tooth anatomy was “hard” because I’m Black—which was completely racist and unacceptable. After the root canal, I continued having pain for months. I called several times and was told to use salt water, baking soda, or even remove the tooth. I later went to another dentist and found out the root canal had not been properly completed—only one canal was filled, and I was never told the treatment was unfinished. The pain became so severe it radiated to my jaw, and I could barely chew. I felt misled, dismissed, racially abused, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this clinic.

Felt like I got scammed. I have an insurance and came to get a filling, I had a surface level cavity. Mind you they said the range price is 130-230 gel and strangely enough the surface level filling costed me 260, and paid total 104 with insurance. It shouldn’t cost that much, it’s not a root canal or more complex treatment. Plus their booking system was kinda mess. They couldn’t figure out my appointment. The doctor was nice and the tooth was fixed, but felt like everything was rushed. The clinic itself was not bad, a bit used furnitures, but having two chairs/patients in one room gave an impression that they work for quantity, not quality. Won’t use it anymore. Regretted so bad that I came, but lesson learned

I thought it was a highly professional service, and much better than previous experiences I'd had in Tbilisi with other dentists. I had my teeth cleaned and examined, and the information was explained clearly. The pricing is also reasonable, I feel.

Minimal, initial, and orientation service - the quality of telephone communication is 0. For example: before arriving on-site, the customer cannot get an answer to a simple question: whether the specialist will be free or not, and the operator responds indifferently to questions. It's unfortunate that you set up customers like this in advance.

If you're looking to engage in a conversation with someone who seems to have skipped the class on basic manners and politeness, welcome to this castle of rudeness. To kick things off, the administrator, with mouth full of caries, will generously share her pearls of wisdom about your dental aesthetics. Brace yourself for the revelation that they'll master the Russian language only when your insurance company decides to grace them with a call, enlightening them about a coverage that surpasses the entire budget of this establishment. In other words, their proficiency in English is so high that comprehending this critique might just be a linguistic Everest for them. And cherry on the top of this delicious pie, I was advised to address all 33 teeth (never mind the max count of 32). The administrator, beautified with an unforgettable smile (refer back to the aforementioned teeth commentary), even graced me with spicy remarks about my previous dentist. For the sake of your health, your teeth, your wallet, and your self-respect, do yourself a favor and choose another dental clinics (even the prospect of losing your teeth in a skirmish with stray dogs sounds more promising than undergoing treatment here). Your dental journey deserves better than this peculiar blend of arrogance and ineptitude.
