I am very satisfied. The staff is polite, responsive, and punctual. The doctors are professionals in their field. They provided the conclusion immediately after the examination. They patiently and clearly explained the essence and results of the procedure. Besides Georgian, you can communicate in Russian and English.

Shameful team of doctors, starting from registration and ending with the doctors, sent a healthy person to the floor with severe infectious patients for an ultrasound. I was scheduled with Laliashvili and Tamar Svanadze, and they sent me to the floor with severe infections. You are shameful people... I don’t want anything to happen to me after visiting you...

Very bad experience. There was nobody available to attend to patients in the emergency department, and the staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience at Vakhtang Bochorishvili Clinic. The response and attention to patients did not feel adequate, especially in a situation where timely care is extremely important. I felt that the staff were not responding seriously enough and did not show the level of care and urgency expected when a patient's condition requires attention. As a foreigner, I also felt that I was not treated with the same consideration and respect that every patient deserves. Medical care should be based on the patient's needs, not their nationality. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, responsiveness, and attitude toward all patients.

Good and smart doctors who prescribed me a good treatment that I was even able to continue at home (due to family circumstances) and now I feel much better. Thank you very much!

I am very satisfied with the general surgery, Vasili Abuladze and Tiko Kikvadze are an extraordinary team and the environment is wonderful.

Very bad service. I brought my seriously injured friend to get an X-ray. We were greeted by a girl with an attitude of "I don't care." First, she made us wait for several hours without saying anything, and then she said the results would be ready in 3 days, and she couldn't tell us anything before that. A neurologist called and asked if we had any serious injuries that we should inform them about. In the meantime, a guy doctor passed by, and when he found out, he immediately called back and told us the preliminary results. Yes, they misspelled the last name, and they were too lazy to correct it.

No comfort, no doctor.
