It's a decent hospital. I have attended classes there. Gastroenterologist and endocrinology department staff is excellent especially dr nino turaishvili of endocrinology.

A VERY, VERY BAD CLINIC! This place is terrible in every way. They only care about money, not their patients. The staff is unprofessional and the service is extremely disappointing. The waiting time is too long, and they show no empathy or concern for people’s well-being. I strongly advise against going there. Don’t waste your time and money!

the staff is absolutely unfriendly. they ask for payment in advance to give a check and change sometime in 2-3 days. They don't really explain to the patient how long the examination will last. you just lie and wait. and all this is 5+ times more expensive than in a state hospital.

Mariam Kopaliani insulted, tortured and discriminated against me during taking blood. I had blood tests on Saturday, July 20, and Monday, July 22, both in room 19 on the sixth floor, conducted by the same nurse. The first test on Friday was difficult for me as I felt weak and needed infusions. Everything seemed fine until the nurse removed the needle. I winced, and my husband asked if it was painful. I didn’t respond, but the nurse, taking my reaction as an insult, commented, “What? Are they doing it better in Russia? I used a needle for children because I saw you’re neurotic, and it shouldn’t be painful.” Her comment was insulting, and the procedure was indeed painful. We left afterward. On Monday, the nurse bluntly stated that we were Russians and should expect people not to like us and I deserve to be tortured. She supposed to take blood not question where we are from. that I have mental problems just by looking at me. We didn’t expect such treatment; I was ill and seeking medical help, not insults. She said that she is as psycologyst (she is a nurse) can see that I'm mentally unstable. while I said it's not ok to talk and behave like this peacefully after she pressed my arm painfully where blood had just been drawn for no reason, and now I have bruise I've never had before. This treatment is unacceptable, no one should be treated this way.

The worst doctors ever!!!! Especially, Anna Shakai, please make sure you don’t go to her! She is a not doctor, she is a face of corruption! She refused a patient with gpi insurance, and told me to pay for her “professional” examination. This is illegal!!! Instead of helping people, she started messing around about the payment, when I have an insurance and staff accepted it and gave an appointment to her!!! I wouldn’t go to her, when the receptionist accepted me with my docs!!!! Crazy!!!!

Where do I start?! ER doctor who insisted that alergic asthma is the same as regular asthma!!! Manager that speaks no English but also has no manners! Staff smoking in toilets. All that and they still can't find your veins...

Nice thing is to have such cozy environment
