And in the end he had an attack, here in Tbilisi we are sitting, he is in intensive care, you are terrible doctors, serves you right and your laziness!!!!!! It's good that I made them give me a certificate of the visit, they didn't give a document about the refusal, but still I won't leave it like this, I recorded everything on video.

They don't let you finish the sentence, they hang up on you. They are rude and don't know how to talk to a customer-patient.

There is no more terrible clinic in Georgia. Irresponsible, rude staff, the doctor will be 'from three', and at half past three they tell me he had already been and left. Unsanitary conditions, old equipment, a chair broke when I sat down (I weigh 45 kg). No cooling system. On the hotline they hang up on you and say 'oops, it got disconnected'. Don't go there!

Fantastic clinic, very clean, wonderful staff, very helpful doctors. Saving my uncle from sepsis as we speak. Very grateful. A lot more pleasant staff compared to many hospitals in tbilisi!

You are all worse than the dead 😡 You can't even make a basic diagnosis, you know nothing, you are insolent and rude, but you know how to count money well. Whether you die or stay, you are all on your feet 😡 Why is this hospital even open!!! You don't even deserve a zero rating!!!
