Who gives this clinic 5 stars??? Terrible clinic. Rude and boorish management and administration. No wonder there is such chaos and incompetent doctors there. First, in 2022, we ran into therapist Mishiko there. After a lot of tests, only after several days of reminders and requests did he finally prescribe treatment. For iron-deficiency anemia he prescribed an SSRI-class antidepressant, which has many side effects. When we asked him to explain what this drug had to do with anemia, he got offended and said: "If you don't like it, find another specialist." We thought it was just one such doctor. After that we kept going there for ultrasound with Dr. Elene. Last week she rushed an ultrasound for a girl and issued a conclusion, according to which no doctor can now get the full picture. Today we came for an appointment. Dr. Elene and the clinic director finished seeing patients an hour early. The director personally drove out everyone in line and they locked themselves in the office over "urgent administrative matters". We gave this clinic many chances, but we can no longer tolerate such disrespect and rudeness.

Very good polyclinic, the staff is friendly, the doctors are attentive, everything is super!
