I brought my 84-year-old grandmother to this clinic, who had acute cataracts and needed a lens replacement. The clinic told us that it was necessary to insert a French lens. After the first consultation, we were assured that the operation would restore her vision by 20-25%. A week after the operation, the situation is as follows: 1. There is no improvement in my grandmother's vision. 2. When we brought her back to the clinic, we were told that there was damage and that further restoration was impossible. If they assured us before the operation that her vision would definitely improve by 20-25%, why did the position change after the operation? If there was any damage, they should have mentioned it during the first consultation. You cannot promise a patient a result that is not guaranteed in advance. From my side — a very negative assessment. This is an example of unprofessionalism. I do not recommend others to work with this clinic.
