My experience over a year ago with this clinic was extremely negative, and I will describe it as restrained and briefly as I can. Problems arose already at the stage of making an appointment and communicating with the administrator. Despite the fact that I explained in detail in advance what service I needed, I ended up receiving a different service. When I tried to calmly discuss the situation and payment, the doctor and the administrator could not keep themselves in check. I won’t write everything I had to listen to, describing the tone and the number of shouts from their side. I do not recommend contacting this clinic if you do not speak Georgian. Even the translation app did not help me resolve the situation properly; for some reason, everyone suddenly stopped understanding me even with it. The service I signed up for and had repeatedly clarified in advance was ultimately not provided. After I refused to pay for the unrendered and poorly performed service, they started shouting at me, insulting me, and trying to kick me out of the clinic. I only received the necessary service without any problems in another city, without such extraordinary impressions. I cannot judge all the doctors and administrators of this clinic, but my experience was: poorly organized work, familiar and rude attitude towards clients. I do not recommend it to those who do not speak Georgian or to those who are not used to such treatment for their own money.

I can only leave positive emotions from the appointment. Before visiting this clinic, we went to the city polyclinic, to two specialists who, when I described my child's symptoms, simply told me that everything was fine, the only issue was the adenoids, which needed to be removed. A couple of days passed, and I saw that something was still bothering my child, and I just happened to meet a pharmacist in the pharmacy who recommended this clinic to me. I called, clarified everything, and we came for an appointment with the ENT, Liana. I explained everything to her, she understood me, and since they speak Russian well, everything was clear and explained in detail. It turned out that we had an inflammatory process that had spread to the healthy ear, meaning one ear was hurting, while we were told everything was fine, and now both hurt instead of one. There was swelling of the nasopharyngeal tonsil, and my child was having difficulty breathing. They prescribed medication, explained in detail how to take it, and we left with smiles from the good impressions and experienced doctors, heading to the pharmacy and then home. I highly recommend this clinic; you won't find better specialists in Kutaisi. I advise you not to waste your money unnecessarily but to seek help from this clinic right away, and they will definitely help you!

Excellent. The staff speaks Russian. I was already at the doctor's appointment 15 minutes after my inquiry. Diagnosis, procedure, prescription - and the problem is behind me. Prices are affordable, the location is convenient, and they didn't try to push anything on me. Thank you very much.
