I submitted my tests on September 10, everything was great. But the administrator apparently made a mistake when filling in my card and entered the wrong email address. Now I cannot get my results, I have already left Kobuleti and there is no way to come in person. My messages to the Sinevo email unfortunately remain unanswered. How can I get my results?

Super laboratory! Right here is my discovery in Kobuleti! For big money and under paid insurance, in Batumi and in Tbilisi they never cared about me like this! I have one peculiarity: my head periodically spins during injections and blood draws. So I warned the staff member, she immediately laid me in the chair; after the blood draw she realised I had 'faded away', took all measures and covered me with a warm blanket! Warm! Blanket! In the chair! A slight shock, touchingly moving to tears! They let me go only after making sure that everything had returned to normal! Thank you so much! Ecstatic!

I love this laboratory for the staff who work there: two wonderful women. Very polite, attentive, caring, they won't let you faint, they do everything carefully. They even gave my daughter a cookie after the blood draw, since she gave it on an empty stomach. Very humane service.
