Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic today. I had to stand in line for over two hours, and when I naturally asked roughly when my turn would come, I got an inaccurate and vague answer. The condition of the elderly in the waiting corridor was also especially heartbreaking (no chairs and no fresh air!) — many elderly people waited in line for over four hours and of course could not understand by what principle the staff called this or that patient. Complete chaos everywhere; it is obvious that the existing registration / queuing system needs serious review and improvement! In the end I was forced to cancel my appointment, because I simply don't have the "luxury" of spending the whole day in the waiting area.
