My favorite clinic in Batumi: I'm especially happy that all the doctors there speak Russian. I always receive excellent service right from the reception desk. Results come quickly 💙

I'm from Russia and have been living in Batumi for three years. I've been to see a cardiologist, neurologist, gynecologist, gastroenterologist, and urologist. All the doctors speak Russian, which is a pleasant surprise. I was satisfied with the visits. The clinic staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable, unlike those at Khozrevanidze. I highly recommend it!

I came to Batumi, Georgia, specifically for medical tourism, since it's almost impossible to get any appointments where I live. I saw about four specialists, including my husband. I went for the procedure, and at reception they explained to me that the price included everything—the examination itself, the doctor's description, and a consultation during which the doctor would explain everything in detail. But after I completed everything and paid, it turned out I had to pay for the doctor's consultation separately. Why mislead me? They could have told me this up front, and there wouldn't have been any questions.

I had a consultation with general practitioner Eteri Natroshvili. She's a very competent doctor, with a professional approach and reasonable medication and test prescriptions. Overall, I liked the clinic; I made an appointment for a specific time through Tatyana, who was recommended here. I quickly scheduled it through Telegram at Tane4ka_med. I highly recommend it.

It's a decent clinic, no worse or better than others in Batumi. The advantage is that the staff and doctors speak Russian. The clinic manager, Tatyana, helped me with the appointment, for which I'm extremely grateful! She scheduled the appointment online through the Tane4ka_med Telegram channel. Everything went smoothly and almost on time. She also recommended health insurance, which I purchased and which provides significant discounts on doctor visits, tests, and medications.

I was referred to an endocrinologist for a consultation before the examination, and they rescheduled it. The clinic called and rescheduled it again. I arrived at the appointed date, but the doctor wasn't there. The doctor mistakenly closed the appointment in the computer. I asked for a refund. Tatyana, who was making the appointment, came in and yelled and called me names. I called the doctor. During my phone conversation with the doctor, she stood over my head and continued yelling at me. How could they refund the money and that I made up all of the above and called me names. I asked for a printed copy of my appointment results, but they didn't have them, since the appointment wasn't completed. Doctor Inga Abesadze remembered me over the phone and asked for a refund. I got my money back, after being insulted. So, 1. I wasn't consulted. 2. I came to the clinic twice and wasted money on a taxi. 2. They insulted me, yelled at me, and called me names. Also, at the clinic, doctors are 20 minutes late for appointments, following a previous visit to another specialist. A 10-minute appointment, an appointment, and the doctor ran away. I really regret wasting my time. There's no communication culture, no service, unpunctual doctors who are late or don't show up at all, and there's no treatment despite the high cost. Tatyana didn't apologize for her rudeness, even though she was convinced I was right. She simply ran away when the doctor asked for a refund!

The worst clinic, absolutely no professionalism. I went to the doctor on Monday. I paid twice as much as I would at other clinics. The doctor ordered a CT scan, but there was a line and they told me to come back on Wednesday. I went on Wednesday for the CT scan, but they said the results would be ready on Monday. Everywhere, in all clinics, the results take 2-3 hours at most. I came on Monday, and they still haven't finished. They were just about to do it, but they told me to wait a couple of hours. It's just awful, absolutely awful. I've been sick all week, but they're not interested in helping me quickly.

I had some tests done and an ultrasound. The paperwork and testing took about 15-20 minutes. Then I waited 30 minutes for my ultrasound appointment, and I was seen by a very pleasant woman, Dr. Makvala Katamadze, and her assistant. Everything was quick and attentive.
