The reception staff is not friendly. The internet was not working and the doctor, gastroenterologist, (she is nice and professional) couldn't fill in the document. As a result, I had to wait for more than one hour after the consultation to get them.

Absolutely terrible service. You make an appointment for a specific time, but in the end, you have to sit and wait for several hours. It raises the question - why even have appointments if they mean nothing? Complete disrespect for patients and their time.

Yesterday, I made an online appointment for a test for today. I came today and started to pay, but the price was almost twice as much as the price on the website I registered for. The prices on the website and the appointment do not match.

I came in for the GTT test, which is done once, then after an hour, and again after another hour. They took my blood in this room, and the woman spoke Russian - a blonde with a short haircut. I am very grateful to her because after the first blood draw, I went to room 245 and sat in line. I started feeling unwell there; there were so many people, everyone was going into that room as they pleased. I sat there not understanding what was happening, and after about 40 minutes, I left because I started feeling dizzy. I went downstairs and met that lab technician again. She told me to sit here because it was stuffy there and called another woman over. I found her photo (attached). She took my paper with the paid ultrasound for the baby's heart, went to room 245, and told me to wait for my third blood draw and then go to room 245 and wait for my name to be called. I am very grateful to these two women; it was hard for me to sit in my condition, but thanks to them, I got through that time. Thank you very much. And in the clinic itself, there is really a huge influx of people; for example, I find it easier to get tests done at Sinevo.

I didn't eat or drink for about 10 hours for the Helicobacter test. I traveled across half the city, but the receptionist refused to accept me, not believing that I had prepared, just because I came in the afternoon instead of the morning. I won't be coming back.

When you make an appointment at this clinic, set aside 3 hours. The scheduled time doesn't really matter; you will still be waiting in line for 2-3 hours.

It's not surprising that such a terrible rating. Next time, I will choose the clinic more carefully. Service: X-ray examination for scoliosis. The only plus: - I was able to get an appointment the next day. Downsides, briefly: - No receipt was given - In total, I received: 2 neck images - front, assembly; 1 image of the thoracic + lumbar region - the spine is not fully captured (at least 2 vertebrae are missing); 1 side view image - also incomplete coverage - A full image of the spine was not made - I was wearing sneakers, and they didn't ask me to take them off. However, they asked me to take off my bra (then they said it wasn't necessary, possibly a language barrier issue) - The images were taken on a platform that is tilted to the floor by about 15 degrees in my opinion - It was difficult to obtain my images. Downsides, not briefly: On the phone, I informed them that I needed an X-ray of my spine (scoliosis). They told me that it would be a total of 3 images: neck, thoracic, lumbar for 150 lari. I asked if these would be separate images? They said no (lies). I arrive at the reception, and they tell me - it will be 160 lari. Well, okay, let's say. In the neighboring building, I was directed to the radiology room. While I was inside, the attendant told my husband that to interpret the image, I need to make a separate appointment with a doctor. I think if I had come alone, they wouldn't have told me anything. The radiology room was crowded and lively (for the doctors). They asked me to take off my outer clothing and for some reason said that I also needed to take off my bra. Said and done, unfortunately, nothing was said about the sneakers. The images were taken on a platform that is tilted about 15 degrees. I think even such an angle affects the pelvic tilt. I go to pick up the images. They show me on the monitor and say - here is your image, look, scoliosis. I see that not the entire spine is visible. I ask, what about below? They say that's already the pelvis) I got home, counted the vertebrae - at least 2 are missing. I resigned myself to four questionable images and asked to print them. They can't, they say - take a photo with your phone))) I ask - maybe you could print them somehow. Then they offered to send a jpg by email. I don't understand how a doctor can measure the Cobb angle from 4 pictures and why I need a side image of the cervical region. That's the situation, a questionable establishment.

The ultrasound specialist arrived an hour late for work, then closed herself in the office with her friends, laughing for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, about 8 people were waiting in the hallway. I had made an appointment in advance, and the receptionist said I should have been warned that even with an appointment, the wait would be at least 1.5 hours.

I highly do not recommend this place
