When you pay money, and not a small amount, you want more attentive treatment from the administrators, at least not a careless one. Every time I take tests and remind them to send me the results, I write - they don’t respond, I have to call. Last time they even sent me old results from summer, while I asked for the test results from January. Another time, I came for an appointment at the scheduled time, but they couldn't find my record in the system, so I had to come back later. I only come here because of the good gynecologist, otherwise, I wouldn’t return.

I visited the clinic in Batumi twice, and I give such a low rating solely because of the administrator (a blonde with bangs). I reached out for help in an urgent situation because I seriously injured my hand with a rusty nail and asked if they could help me or if I should look elsewhere. To which I was told, 'Well, you made an appointment somehow, how should I know?' The administrator doesn't know if this vaccine can be done urgently, and to ask that, I need to pay 60 lari, while the vaccine itself costs 200 (it is administered for free if a person has been in the country for more than 3 months within a calendar year, regardless of whether they have traveled or not). I'm not against paying, but paying for a full consultation just to ask one question is excessive. If this is the clinic's policy, it's even more unpleasant.

In the end, I was told that everything was fine with me. Nothing could be wrong, and I made everything up. And I actually need a neurologist, as I'm just going from doctor to doctor for no reason. I've never encountered such rudeness. For 100 lari, I received a dose of humiliation and a complete lack of diagnosis. I then went to another specialist, where everything was identified and effective treatment was prescribed. I won't set foot in this clinic again.

Initially, I went to another clinic (one of the large ones in Batumi, well-known). There, not only did they fail to diagnose me, but they also prescribed only superficial treatment for the symptoms (as it turned out later). As a result, I ended up with Eduard Leonidovich in a state close to despair. Due to the inaction of the previous "specialist", I came with a full bouquet: sinusitis, laryngitis, severe inflammation of the left ear (otitis), and just inflammation of the right ear.
