{'original': 'I would like to express my deepest gratitude to otolaryngologist Eduard Leonidovich Braga!\n\nMy story, unfortunately, may be relatable to many. Initially, I went to another clinic (one of the large ones in Batumi, well-known). There, not only did they NOT diagnose me, but they also prescribed only superficial treatment for the symptoms (as it later turned out).\n\nAs a result, I went to Eduard Leonidovich in a state close to despair. Thanks to the inaction of the previous "specialist", I came with a full bouquet: sinusitis, laryngitis, severe inflammation of the left ear (otitis), and simply inflammation of the right ear.\nOn top of all this, partial hearing loss on the left. And the right ear was also starting to tighten.\n\nDr. Eduard Leonidovich did not waste time on empty words. He conducted a thorough diagnosis, immediately identified the problem and prescribed treatment. Not "try this," but a clear plan.\n\nAnd most importantly: Eduard Leonidovich didn't just write a prescription and send me on my way; he truly monitored my condition closely at every stage, monitoring my progress and adjusting my therapy.\n\nI am immensely grateful to Eduard Leonidovich for his professionalism and for literally pulling me out of this nightmare. If you need an ENT who treats, and not just "provides services," I wholeheartedly recommend contacting him.

I visited ENT specialist Eduard. I came after unsuccessful treatment at another clinic for purulent otitis. There were several procedures (unpleasant and painful, but I endured them all just to get better). I'm happy with the outcome of the treatment: my ear congestion is gone, my hearing is back, and the otitis is gone. I'm grateful to the doctor. I can recommend this otolaryngologist to my friends.

I put off writing a review for a few months, thinking about it, and finally decided to write about my experience at this clinic. (A lot of words.) (This might be helpful for new mothers, but I doubt it'll be helpful for men 😅) We made an appointment at Silk for a kidney ultrasound for my baby. We were greeted warmly at reception. While the girls filled out the paperwork with my husband, I went downstairs with my baby for the ultrasound. When I entered the office, I greeted the doctor (Georgian), explaining that I didn't speak enough Kartul to understand medical terms and wouldn't be able to answer questions about my baby in Kartul. I asked her to wait for my husband (Georgian), who could explain everything to her. At first, the doctor was smiling and said there were no problems, and we began preparing the baby for the ultrasound. When my husband arrived, the baby was already lying on the examination table, and the first topic the doctor discussed with him was my lack of Georgian. I brushed it off: I'm completely uninterested in the opinion of someone who's not particularly important to me. I didn't want to explain that I was learning the language but wasn't yet capable of open communication. (And it's weird to discuss that during a kidney ultrasound, right?) The next question was about how many diapers we change the baby per day. My answer was 6-8. To which the ultrasound technician gave her "expert" opinion: too many, 4-6 at most. "It's expensive, why change it so often?" (Excuse me? 🤡 Do I really need to give my baby diaper rash, not changing diapers for hours after the baby goes to the bathroom? Do harm, and then waste a ton of money on treatment?) I was already tense, but again, I didn't want to make a scene. A few minutes later, the doctor asked what type of feeding the baby was on. My husband replied that we were formula-fed. The ultrasound technician immediately jumped into action and started asking clarifying questions: "Why?" My husband calmly explained that the baby had refused to breastfeed, that we had tried to reintroduce breastfeeding, but it hadn't worked. And then the ultrasound technician offered her "expert opinion": "Well, mom was probably dieting and eating poorly, which is why the baby refused to breastfeed." I was so upset that I seriously considered sending her away for a long time. The topic of feeding my child is a very painful one for me. I tried day and night to get him back to the breast: multiple visits to a breastfeeding consultant, constant pumping from morning until night, every two hours—and the cycle repeats itself. With a heavy heart, I switched him to formula because after a month and a half of daily torment, my milk supply had almost completely dried up. When I was getting angry, I simply walked away from the examination table, because I had come to the clinic for a kidney ultrasound, not for this erudite slob's "finest hour." And pay attention—I quote: "What are you using for protection? Condoms, I suppose? It's very expensive. If I'd been breastfeeding, then I wouldn't have to use protection." At this point, I asked the ultrasound technician: "What does this have to do with a kidney ultrasound?" She smirked and said nothing. I stormed out of the office with mixed feelings—angry, hurt, and upset. Because for 100 lari, I'd been told I was a "bad" mother (though no one had said so openly), that I'd probably been dieting, eating poorly, and, in the ultrasound technician's opinion, had deprived my child of breastfeeding. And the questions about birth control and diapers simply became the trigger. I stood at the reception desk, openly discussing the ultrasound technician's inappropriate behavior with my husband and expressing my thoughts. Then the administrator intervened: she'd apparently overheard the conversation, gone to see the ultrasound technician, and decided to talk to me. And then it began: "Well, you see, you're on hormones now, the doctor didn't mean anything by it..." And all this—with a smile, as if to say, I'm the one being stupid "on hormones," and the doctor only meant well. I thought about it for a long time, but I realized: all my feelings back then were correct. I'm not stupid, and the ultrasound technician had no business sticking her nose into the reasons why my baby refused to breastfeed, my birth control methods, or the number of diaper changes—especially to save money. I won't be coming to that clinic again, and I'll advise the ultrasound technician to keep her job quiet and not dispense clever advice without asking.

They'll prescribe you a bunch of unnecessary tests here without even delving into the root cause of your problem. You go to the gastroenterologist with fresh test results. In the end, she ended up spending 1,000 lari on the bill, having to run the tests again. Don't set foot here if you want to solve your problem.

We saw our child with pediatrician Alexandra Kucherikhina for 1.5 years (from age 2 to 3.5). During this time, she survived both serious illnesses (rotavirus) and common colds and vaccinations. Alexandra is a wonderful doctor who adheres to the principles of evidence-based medicine. She always carefully examines our child, thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and treatment (or lack thereof). I'd especially like to highlight her kindness, genuine interest in our child, and sensitive attitude toward parents. Our child comes to her without fear, and we feel calm and confident. We are very grateful to Alexandra for her care and professionalism!

I'd like to thank ultrasound doctor Diana Beridze. She's truly a top-notch specialist! She's very attentive and caring, explains everything thoroughly, and shows everything on the monitor. She does a thorough examination, using methods that other ultrasound doctors haven't used before. She takes her time and examines everything thoroughly. She's very friendly, professional, and inspires confidence. She's a top-notch doctor!

I'd say this isn't a medical clinic, but a veterinary clinic. Their diagnoses are poor, and their medication selection is poor. They ignore complaints of illness and treat you like you're dealing with a common cold, even though even without a medical degree, I understand that the treatment should be different. More than once, I told the attending physician that something was wrong, that new symptoms were appearing... I went to another clinic, and the ENT and pediatrician were horrified by the medications they prescribed, or rather, by the lack of medications needed for treatment and support... Avoid this clinic, at least in Batumi; I don't know about Tbilisi. Also, the guys have a cool setup: they prescribe treatment and tests for 10-12 days, then you come back for a follow-up consultation, which is a paid service since the free time has passed, but no one mentions this on the first visit.

A great clinic, no complaints whatsoever. I went there for tests, to see a general practitioner, to see a gynecologist, and even had an ultrasound. I really want to highlight the gynecologist, Yulia Brozinskaya! She's an excellent specialist; she treated me very carefully, tactfully, and attentively during my appointment. She answered all my questions, even though my case is somewhat unusual. She's very pleasant to talk to, and left only a positive impression! It's a shame I won't be able to see her again because I'm away. Otherwise, I'd only go to her for appointments!

I visited gynecologist Yulia Brozinskaya at the clinic, and I have this to say: During the biopsy, the doctor asked me multiple times how I was feeling, whether it was painful, and generally tried to make everything as comfortable and painless as possible. The doctor's patient-centered approach, which I'm accustomed to living in Belarus, is polite and attentive. So, if you're looking for a gynecologist who is engaged, comfortable, and caring about your experience, I highly recommend her.
