High-Tech Hospital "Medcenter"

Good morning! I had an appointment scheduled for 9:20 AM. The clinic's working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. At 9:40, the doctor was not present. No one can answer whether they will come or when. I have wasted my time and money. This is disrespectful to patients.

The queue system is terrible; I stood in line for an hour by number, and as a result, they skipped my number.

I waited in line at the registration for about an hour, then in line for the procedure room for another hour, and then in line for the ultrasound for more than 3 hours. They called everyone into the ultrasound room except for me, even though I handed the nurse the referral from the doctor and the payment receipt, and she said she would call me. Since my ultrasound needed to be done on an empty stomach and I had been without food and water since early morning, and it was already well past lunchtime, I started feeling unwell in the hallway. I couldn't wait any longer and went home.

Doctor Mariam took a swab and found trichomonas in a completely healthy person. I found many girls with the same trichomonas problem at the medical center; they were retested immediately in other laboratories, and nothing was found. Why are they doing this?! I also had incorrect results from Sinevo, and I had to retest for the third time in another country. I also had an experience visiting a dermatologist at the Medical Center: he examined me in a dimly lit room without windows and with poor lighting, without any tools. I was dissatisfied with the appointment; I believe that skin rashes need to be examined in good lighting and thoroughly.

I visited gynecologist Mariam Manjgaladze for a routine check-up, she took a smear from me and found TRICHOMONAS!!!! I retested at another lab and it wasn't there!! We will complain to get this place shut down! We are writing here so that no family suffers and we will file complaints to all possible authorities!!! This clinic should be closed!! And what if a woman didn't have the money to retest, then what??? A healthy person would be treated and their spouse would leave???!!!

The visit went terribly. We waited in line for 40 minutes, then approached the registration desk, and the girl at the reception just started shouting and saying that the traumatologist was no longer available. I said we were told to come at 14:00, and she shouted that the consultation costs 80 lari. I said I have insurance, and she continued shouting that I didn't have insurance, even though she was holding it in her hands.

The registration desk at the lab takes 5 minutes per person. They take blood faster than they fumble around on the computer 🤦🏻‍♀️ At least while you wait in line, you can write a review. Out of the two windows at this registration desk, only one is working. Although there are two staff members, one is at the computer and the other - attention - is at the PRINTER 🤣 just putting in and taking out papers 😆 Now that's productivity and division of labor! From my observations: for any problem or inconsistency, the registrar responds with 'not my problem.' This clinic is a complete mess, to put it briefly.

The neurologist Jambuli Makaradze is completely incompetent. He prescribes hormonal medications without any tests.

This is not a clinic, but a rural hospital. Sick people come to get treated, but the attitude is like they are trash. No help at all, just sent from one place to another. A live queue even though there is an appointment. An awful, disgusting place. I have no desire to come here again. I don't know how they treat people here; I think they work just as poorly as everything else in this clinic. People come here out of desperation. I wanted to get a health check-up.
