High-Tech Hospital "Medcenter"

The registration desk at the lab takes 5 minutes per person. They take blood faster than they fumble around on the computer 🤦🏻‍♀️ At least while you wait in line, you can write a review. Out of the two windows at this registration desk, only one is working. Although there are two staff members, one is at the computer and the other - attention - is at the PRINTER 🤣 just putting in and taking out papers 😆 Now that's productivity and division of labor! From my observations: for any problem or inconsistency, the registrar responds with 'not my problem.' This clinic is a complete mess, to put it briefly.

This is not a clinic, but a rural hospital. Sick people come to get treated, but the attitude is like they are trash. No help at all, just sent from one place to another. A live queue even though there is an appointment. An awful, disgusting place. I have no desire to come here again. I don't know how they treat people here; I think they work just as poorly as everything else in this clinic. People come here out of desperation. I wanted to get a health check-up. Amazing experience! The level of service at this medical center is truly top-notch — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring staff. We recently moved here, and the difference in medical care compared to the USA is just huge, in a positive way. Everything went quickly, efficiently, and at very affordable prices. The doctors are good, but I'm furious with the registration system. On my first visit, I went through three reception desks, and it turns out I should have gone directly to the doctor. Now I've spent an hour in the reception area, and it turns out I should have gone to a special reception desk on the third floor, which takes me straight to the doctor. I ask how I can figure out where to go next time, and they tell me to ask at the counter, but I asked and they told me to wait here. I'm really angry at this hospital.

I am submitting my third request this week for a callback to 'clarify the price for MRI' as stated on their website, and apparently, they don't care at all. No one has called me back 🤷‍♀️.

My personal doctor, Marina Sanikidze, is very good, 5 stars. But I don't like the medical center itself. Many people try to cut in line. Basically, the most brazen ones get in, and the rest wait.

I went for an emergency appointment and received excellent care. As a tourist, there's usually a certain amount of trepidation, but you'll never know for sure, and I didn't regret it. The consultation price was also affordable.

I came to this clinic with a terrible ENT specialist who didn't even clean my ear. He looked at my nose, throat, and ear in 3 seconds, prescribed a standard procedure, and sent me home without any recommendations. It's unclear what I paid 60 lari for. The doctor's negligence is simply astounding.
