The doctors are good, but I'm furious with the registration system. On my first visit, I went through three reception desks, and it turns out I should have gone directly to the doctor. Now I've spent an hour in the reception area, and it turns out I should have gone to a special reception desk on the third floor, which takes me straight to the doctor. I ask how I can figure out where to go next time, and they tell me to ask at the counter, but I asked and they told me to wait here. I'm really angry at this hospital.

My personal doctor, Marina Sanikidze, is very good, 5 stars. But I don't like the medical center itself. Many people try to cut in line. Basically, the most brazen ones get in, and the rest wait.

This is the worst clinic with disgusting staff. When I contacted Tinkoff Insurance, I was assigned a surgeon who arrived at the emergency room in street clothes, didn't wear gloves during the examination, and there was absolutely no indication that he was a surgeon! After I asked him to put on gloves and provide some kind of proof, they told me I should thank them for even examining me! I'm shocked! Run away from here if you value your life and health!

I saw my family doctor through Unison insurance—quickly, no lines, and an online appointment. The doctor referred me for an examination, which was also done the next day, no lines, etc. The doctors are wonderful—Didi Madloba! Overall, I'm still in the process of recovering, but I was very pleased with the first two visits.

I visited the clinic for a biopsy with gyneco-oncologist Nino Tsiskaridze. Nino carefully examined me, took samples for a Pap test, and prescribed treatment before the procedure to prevent complications. During the biopsy, she calmed me down and distracted me, making the procedure comfortable. I want to thank her for that! I also had a colposcopy with gyneco-oncologist Luiza Bezhanidze. The procedure went smoothly, and at my request, she showed and explained the findings in the reports and images. Since I had several appointments, I had to wait in line at the reception desk. I had to pay for the service (I waited in line for over an hour), but my number disappeared from the screen. To resolve the issue, they simply gave me a new number in line (that's why I took off a star). Sorry, but I had to cut in line. Fortunately, they saw me at the reception desk, and I was able to pay quickly. I always ended up with the same friendly woman in the far right window. Thank you!

Mammologist Dzhemal is a careless, rude man. He gestures wildly when speaking and brushes his hands against my breasts, which is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. He rudely examines my breasts, pressing very hard on them, and when it hurts, he replies that my entire breast is cystic! But the ultrasound showed that I don't have a single cyst! Why press so hard on my breasts? Even before the ultrasound results, he threatened me with the prospect of chronic breast cysts for the rest of my life (which I didn't even have). He ordered an unnecessary breast cancer test, which ended up costing me 50 lari. He asked tactless questions about checking my moles and criticized me for going to get them checked, even though, in his opinion, I don't have any and there's no need to check them. He's completely ignorant of doctor-patient confidentiality! For some reason, he told me about the patient's problem and gave her name! After visiting such a doctor, you need psychological help.

The organization of the process leaves much to be desired. You have to budget half a day for each hospital visit. The process is as follows: First, you go to your family doctor; there's usually no line. Then you stand at the reception desk for about an hour to make an appointment with the right specialist and pay. Then you wait an hour to see the right specialist, then half an hour to see your family doctor again to get a prescription. I wish all the windows at the reception desk were open—then things would go much faster. Also, there was a place to look up the doctors' schedules and office locations—otherwise, you have to figure everything out by trial and error. Sometimes you encounter a strange approach—for example, at the urologist, you share your problems not one-on-one, but in a room with several other people. I've used many services: MRI, X-ray, Gastroscopy, Onco-dermatologist—Mzia Khalvashi, Gastroenterologist—Sofiko Vashalomidze—all the doctors are friendly and competent. I wouldn't recommend neurologist Jambul Makaradze, who has a formal attitude. I'd also like to give a special mention to my general practitioner, Marina Japaridze, whom I see through my GPI insurance. I really like her approach—she always listens and helps.

If possible, avoid this place. I used my insurance here, and if it weren't for the insurance connection, I would have run far away after just one visit. You have to show up at the reception desk at least an hour in advance, then spend another 10 minutes explaining that the documents you gave them are correct, but the way they misspelled and misspelled your name is incorrect. In the end, they say, "I can't do anything, I wrote everything correctly, it's in your passport." And then you won't be glad you came here. It's the same with the doctors. Not a single visit has gone by without errors (apparently, it's too difficult for the doctors to retype a first and last name from Georgian into Georgian. I'm not Georgian, but I can write my first and last name in Georgian without errors (not just my own, in principle), but for native speakers, it seems like it's beyond my capabilities). A crowd of people standing in the doorway, barging in without an appointment, or pretending not to hear you (leaving the office because of these crowds can sometimes be a bit of a hassle. You're not even out yet, and someone's already trying to get in, pushing you). With your nerves and swearing, you're lucky if you get an appointment an hour or two after your scheduled appointment, sometimes even longer. Every doctor is different. There are those who seem to inspire at least some trust, and then there are those who apparently think they're psychics and give you diagnoses and subsequent treatment only with them, and only on a paid basis, not through the cashier, when you first walk into the office.

If you want a 7-minute FGDS (Fever-Gastroduodenoscopy) scan of your intestines and stomach, welcome! But it's a nightmare. I had a colonoscopy and FGDS done under general anesthesia. Doctor Inga Mikhailovna. They gave me a disc, and when I watched it, I was absolutely shocked. The recording lasted exactly 7 minutes. 5 minutes of colonoscopy and 2 minutes of FGDS. Where did they learn to watch like that? Obviously, everything was missed. They did it as quickly as possible. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE ANYTHING IN THAT TIME. ANY POLYPS, ATROPHY, ETC. I spent 500 gel on this. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone. Better yet, go to Tbilisi, or don't recommend such procedures in Georgia at all. Find a normal doctor who tells you upfront that the colonoscopy will take 25 minutes and the FGDS will take 10-15 minutes.
