I understand that the questions are not directed at the clinic, but at the lab, but that doesn't change the essence of the matter. I don't know what's going on here in Batumi, whether it's an antibiotic mafia or simply poor-quality equipment, but this is serious crap with serious treatment, so I hope my comment helps someone. I visited the clinic for the first time – I needed a Femoflor screen. I had two teeth removed the day before (vowels) and arrived completely shattered. The receptionist was very nice, told me not to rush and offered all the help I could, for which I'm especially grateful! This is my fifth tattoo removal procedure at the clinic. My experience there is always a pleasant one. Ekaterina is a master of her craft. The procedure is very comfortable. The pleasant conversation takes your mind off the pain. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful.

I come to Georgia periodically and go to Genesis. My first visit was in 2021, and my last visit was today. I've had laser hair removal and several tattoo removal sessions there, had a major check-up in 2022, and had several tests done again today. The service is always excellent and punctual. One of the few places near Batumi where I can be confident in quality and pleasant communication when it comes to health issues. Today, they took blood from my vein, very carefully, offered me some water, let me sit and lie down, and the receptionist treated me to a chocolate candy. It was very pleasant and sweet 😌 Thank you!

I would like to thank Dr. Marina Tsereteli (gynecologist), Dr. Magda Charkviani (ultrasound specialist), and endocrinologist Tamar Mukhashavria for their high level of professionalism, sensitivity, and attentiveness. All the doctors at the center speak excellent Russian. The clinic's time management is excellent. Unlike other centers, appointments and tests are scheduled on time and without queues. The administrator reminds you of your appointment. It's very important that they have the opportunity to discuss your specific case together. I highly recommend it!

I came to this clinic for a Pap smear. They said they could see me right away, without an appointment. Although I didn't mind coming another day with an appointment. The doctor was in a hurry, saying they were waiting for her, and why did I come without an appointment (??). She ended up hurting me by pinching, excuse the details, the vaginal speculum, snagging the tissue. This is, to say the least, unprofessional and rude. The only positive is that this clinic was the only place in the city where I could find the opportunity to get the test I needed.

This was the first time in my life that I've encountered such an inexperienced blood draw. They couldn't draw it the first time. Everything was done very painfully and sloppily. As a result, my arm hurt for a week and two veins were bruised. The communication and attitude were good. They distracted me, supported me, and offered me water. The test results arrived quickly by email the next day. But they don't know how to draw blood here. And that outweighs all the good things.
