I visited this clinic on Tuesday without a prior appointment. I came with 3 stray kittens. They took us after a 10-minute wait. The doctor and the assistant were super nice and kind. The doctor was telling jokes which I think was very relaxing for myself and the people who come there regularly with their sick pets. They took tests and explained everything very thoroughly. After the appointment, while I was waiting for the bill, they offered me tea and coffee. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

The doctors and the whole staff are not just kind and careful but they did not regret the time to make a precise and extensive diagnosis from the patient. The treatment was high quality. Long waiting time but good doctor, affordable price with discount for strays
