I would like to express my special gratitude to Dr. Soso Sanikidze 🩵 — he is a true professional in his field, a doctor by vocation. He approaches each patient with the utmost attention, warmth and responsibility. Dr. Soso was always by my side, always listened carefully, explained to me. Honestly — such an attitude is rare. 100% recommended to everyone who wants not only professionalism, but also human support. The clinic is a modern, clean, cozy environment, where each employee is patient-oriented. The attention, care and warm attitude of the doctors and staff on duty remarkably eases the treatment process. Zhordania Clinic usually has issues sending test results by email, and even after calling, nothing gets resolved. In 2025, most clinics send results automatically—this lack of attention to such a basic service is frustrating.

the hospital is very clean and brand new, but i had a very bad experience with dr irma tortladze. first she said that i dont have an appointment (which i really had) and i’m lucky that she will take me, but only for 20 min (to that moment i was already waiting for extra 15 min). and then something surreal happened: i started with the information that i was waiting for my pregnancy for a long time and i’m worried cuz i have some health issues thats why i’m here. after that doctor asked me three times if i am sure i want to keep a baby: “how are you supposed to be pregnant with your issues?” then as a cherry on top she gaslighted me with “you never said you wanna keep”. awful!

Terribly rude and unprofessional personnel in the reception. I had an appointment and they made me wait for an hour only to inform me after that some other person who supposedly had an appointment ahead of me - would see a doctor first. Even though this patient walked in maybe 40min after me and was clearly a friend or somehow connected to the doctor… I basically had no other choice but to leave as I wasn’t able to wait any longer. Nobody bothered to reschedule my appointment
