My granddaughter had a vitamin deficiency that caused severe damage to her teeth. I took her to Universe dental. My 12 year old was really really scared of all the procedures but every single dentist we interacted with was amazingly patient and kind. They know how to communicate with every patient , no matter the age and how scared they are. We had to get work done on almost every tooth and the results are more than satisfying. I was not expecting such a good outcome considering the damage.Everything sterrile , clean and technology up to date . Prices are humane and fair.

Dr Nana Odishvili is really the top dentist. It just took her two minutes to extract my wisdom tooth. The would stoped bleeding in just a few hours. She even gave the patient her private number in case any infection or emergency! Unbelievably good experience. Unfortunately you will need wait for a few weeks before you could even make an appointment with Dr Nana. But definitely worth the waiting.

I wouldn’t wish what I went through on my worst enemy. I went in for a simple procedure and left with my mouth feeling like it had been through a blender. They let an obviously untrained, clueless new staff member work on me — someone who clearly had ZERO experience in dentistry and no business being anywhere near a patient. Thanks to their gross incompetence, my mouth was left damaged and riddled with painful canker sores that made eating, drinking, and even speaking a nightmare for an entire week. Every day was pure agony. It felt like my entire mouth was on fire. The pain disrupted my sleep, my work, and my mental health. And the worst part? Not a single apology, not a follow-up call, NOTHING. Just total silence from a clinic that clearly does not care about patient safety or well-being. This place is a disgrace. They should be ashamed of the careless, negligent treatment they provide. If you value your health, your comfort, or your dignity — STAY FAR AWAY. This isn’t a dental clinic, it’s a disaster zone masquerading as healthcare.

The worst clinic ever, and i had to redo some of my teeth somewhere else and still have pain with other teeth as well. I dont recommend it at all. Im having terrible pain as the staff seem to be beginners and not professionals. I even had nerve damage there what the heck. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.
