Absolute disrespect for the client. There are constant delays in scheduling appointments, making it impossible to plan your time: twice, the doctor delayed my appointment by more than half an hour without warning, and once, my appointment was canceled 1.5 hours before it started. Meanwhile, the head doctor creates these delays, the managers blink and can't do anything, not even call ahead. And all this, coupled with the high price tag.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and a cleaning here — everything went smoothly and painlessly. Dr. Archili is an excellent specialist, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. For anyone afraid of dentists, this is the perfect place — they make everything as comfortable as possible.

This is the best clinic one can go to, I absolutely trust and recommend it to anyone that needs dental care. I’ve had many past experiences (in Tbilisi, Georgia and the US) with different dentists, but none of them can come close to this clinic’s standards. Sopio Kotoreishvili and her assistant are fantastic, they both have golden hands, they’re very gentle with their patients, they work so well together that the final results exceed all the expectations and they make you wanna go back for more work LOL. Sopio and her assistant deliver an extraordinary dental care with advanced clinical expertise and they would outdo many dentists on international levels! I am so grateful I found them!

An excellent dental clinic! The doctors are highly experienced, attentive, and polite. All procedures are performed with great quality, and they use modern equipment. First, I had a 3D scan, based on which the doctors proposed a treatment plan and explained my clinical situation in detail. I had four wisdom teeth removed and cavities treated. Despite my case not being the easiest, the doctors handled it perfectly. At every step, they explained what they would do, and from the very beginning, I had full transparency regarding the cost of the services. The receptionists are always polite and attentive as well. The clinic has a personalised approach. At the start, the doctors review the scan together and consult with each other, which I found very reassuring. So far, this is one of the best clinics I’ve ever visited. If I return to Tbilisi, I will definitely visit this clinic again.
