As a tourist in Georgia, and not being prepared to get ill abroad, I was very glad to find this clinic when I needed it. Some of the doctors even spoke English, which was a great relief. Special thanks to Prof. George Kacharava for taking the time to see me on short notice and for handling my case with such care. Also, a big thank you to his assistant, Maja, who was incredibly supportive and organized everything for me.

Its nice service. Better than other hospitals. They took me from 112emergency here but I paid around 300 gel for service even though I am georgian citizen. Its unfair. 112 was in a role of taxi just took me from home there insane.

Personally I will not recommend this place, staff is not friendly at all, endless queues emerge even if you have scheduled appointment. No special tickets to each doctor for organizational matter, no labels attached to cabinets who sits where… In Curacio ,aversi and so on they are sending results of laboratory tests on email without even asking, here you need to ask and then? Second day or later go to the doctor again to talk about results. Why in modern era this matter can’t be handled via email or phone communication. My family somehow likes the place, but I don’t, hope I will never ever revisit this place.

Awful clinic, extremely rude personnel - from administrators to doctors, 1 hour waiting for each and every cabinet. No one is interested in patient's condition or providing anything that could be named "service". I haven't seen such a mess since 90s and I wish to never see it again.
