If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! My mother and I visited on Saturday and were immediately welcomed with such warmth by the receptionists—both named Tako, I believe. Their kindness set the tone for our entire visit. We were then seen by Dr. Douchia (I believe that was her name), who mentioned she works on Saturdays. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to our concerns and made us feel completely at ease and confident in the care we were receiving. My mother decided to proceed with a service, and throughout the entire time, the staff went above and beyond. The receptionists ensured we were comfortable, offered us water, helped with our belongings, and even provided me with a private room so I could nurse my son in peace. I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism, empathy, and care shown by every team member. We will definitely be returning and recommending this clinic to everyone we know. This is, without a doubt, the best clinic in Tbilisi. To the management: whatever you're doing, keep it up—because it’s working! We love it!
