WA isn't responding to Form 100; administrators fill it out incorrectly, insurance companies won't accept it, and I had to go to the clinic twice in person in addition to the appointment to explain how to fill out Form 100; they aren't sending the test results by email.

But because repeat consultations cost 100 GEL, even if I come the day after the first visit, it makes it impossible to receive treatment with you. I wanted to recommend your clinic to my relatives, and for this reason no one has brought me.

Maya is an incredibly personable and attentive specialist who not only treated me professionally but also supported me at every stage of the process. I am very grateful to her. I also want to mention the ultrasound doctor, Ksenia, who was very attentive, professional, tactful, and caring.

I usually only go to Silk Medical and have always recommended this clinic to my friends. My appointments with all the doctors I've seen lasted about an hour, and that's why I trusted this network—I felt attentive, received proper examinations, and was truly committed to helping. This was especially true for traumatologist-orthopedist Alena Khabibullina, whom I used to always consult. But her appointment wasn't until the 19th, and they suggested another doctor. Since my knee was hurting, I agreed, but ultimately felt completely cheated. The consultation lasted only eight minutes, and the doctor simply said he couldn't prescribe anything without an ultrasound, and that was it. Only after I repeatedly asked what I should do right now if the pain was interfering with my walking did he mention taking a painkiller. I received no further recommendations. No clear diagnosis, no explanation, no proper approach. I left with the same pain and a 140-GEL bill, not understanding what I'd even paid for. It felt less like an appointment and more like a formality. It's especially frustrating that this doctor isn't even listed on the Silk Medical website, and I seriously wondered who he was—an orthopedic traumatologist or just a random specialist—because his examination was completely different from what I'd received before. For me, this isn't just disappointment; it's a feeling of being cheated, and my trust in this clinic chain is now seriously in doubt.

I want to wholeheartedly thank my doctor, Maya Shamugia. She's a kind and attentive gynecologist who immediately makes you feel calm and trusting. The appointments are always comfortable, she explains everything clearly and answers any questions. It was very important for me to find such a professional, yet truly caring, doctor. She always answers the phone and provides professional advice, for which I'm especially grateful, as not all doctors answer their phones. Doctors like her are rare. Good clinic. I went for a transvaginal ultrasound, 100 lari. The doctors and reception speak three languages: Georgian, Russian, English. I had to wait a bit for the doctor, but everything was on time.

Honestly, this is a completely inadequate clinic. They delete messages and don't respond at all. Please give me my money back! Or at least contact me. They're shameless.
