I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Lali Bukhbinder. This was the worst visit to a doctor in my life. From the first minutes of the appointment, the doctor took the position of 'I know better, you are young and understand nothing.' She constantly interrupted, asked questions, and immediately devalued the answers, not allowing me to finish. She relied on her authority — 'I have 50 years of experience, I studied in Israel' — instead of listening to the patient. The overall tone of the appointment was judgmental — based on a minimally elevated blood marker, she immediately linked it to the liver and alcoholism, without any relevant tests. Another endocrinologist later confirmed that it was a statistical error. When I asked to discuss a specific medication, she claimed it was banned in Israel and Russia, which is not true. She dismissed WHO recommendations with the words 'it's all nonsense, don't read that.' The entire appointment felt less like a consultation and more like an interrogation aimed at putting the patient in their place. There was no interest in the problem I came with. I didn't want to continue or pay for the appointment — I saw no reason to pay. Additionally, the doctor claimed she worked at the Chaika clinic and 'knows how everything is arranged there,' but the clinic itself reported that she had never worked there. I went to another endocrinologist — the issue was resolved in one visit, calmly and professionally.

I only go to this ENT. Ekaterina Chigogidze is a wonderful otolaryngologist whom I trust. She always conducts a thorough examination, has very reasonable treatment methods, and provides practical recommendations.

They don't respond on WA regarding form 100; the administrators fill it out incorrectly, insurance companies don't accept it, I had to go to the clinic in person twice in addition to the appointment to explain how to fill out form 100; they don't send the test results by email.

You have the best doctors, and I am immensely grateful to you. However, because repeat consultations cost 100 lari, even if I come the next day after the first visit, it makes treatment with you impossible. I would have recommended your clinic to friends, but for this reason, no one can come with me.

Maya is an incredibly compassionate and attentive specialist who not only treated me professionally but also supported me at every stage of treatment. I am very grateful to her. I also want to mention the ultrasound doctor, Ksenia, who was very attentive, professional, tactful, and gentle.

I usually only go to Silk Medical and have always recommended this clinic to my acquaintances. The appointments with all the doctors I have seen lasted about an hour, and that’s why I trusted this network — I felt their attentiveness, proper examinations, and willingness to help. This was especially true for the trauma orthopedist Alena Khabibullina, whom I always consulted before. But the appointment with her was only available from the 19th, and I was offered another doctor. Since my knee was hurting, I agreed, but in the end, I felt completely deceived. The consultation lasted only 8 minutes, and the doctor said that without an ultrasound, he couldn't prescribe anything, and that was it. Only after I asked several times what I should do right now, since the pain was preventing me from walking normally, did he mention that I could take some painkillers. I received no further recommendations. No clear diagnosis, no explanation, no proper approach. I left with the same pain and 140 lari less, not understanding what I even paid for. It felt more like a formality than an appointment. It was especially unpleasant that this doctor isn’t even listed on the Silk Medical website, and I seriously wondered who he was — a trauma orthopedist or just a random specialist, because his examination was radically different from those I had received before. For me, this is not just disappointment, but a feeling of being cheated, and my trust in this network of clinics is now in serious doubt.

I want to sincerely thank my doctor Maya Shamugia. She is a kind and attentive gynecologist, with whom you immediately feel calm and trust. The appointments are always comfortable, she explains everything clearly and answers any questions. It was very important for me to find a professional doctor who is also genuinely caring. She answers calls at any time and gives professional advice, for which I am especially grateful, as not all doctors respond to calls. Such doctors are rare. Thank you so much, Maya Shamugia.
