All the staff were very helpful and friendly and could speak English. I have been to 2 other clinics before this and this has been my best experience so far. I felt very comfortable here.

It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, you never get to the doctor in time. It is better to choose another clinic

I am very satisfied with my experience at this clinic. The Orthopedic doctor, Irakli Kartozia was highly professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated his careful approach and dedication to my care. The staff at the clinic were also very welcoming, supportive, and efficient, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care.

I never usually write a review but what I experienced in this clinic is beyond even bare minimum. I waited in line for 4h, while administration allowed people who came later to skip line ahead of me. Receptionists are behaving like you are some trash and they are queens of this joke of a clinic. Doctor laughed at my issue. On the appointment, another doctor was constantly talking by phone, as well as his assistant. Doctor started discussing my diagnosis with 2 other patients inside, which is violation of medical secrecy. They messed up the document receipt 2 times which is why I had to start the process of registration all over right during my appointment 2 TIMES, as if it was my problem. Not to mention after reading all prescribed meds, it turns out they all the opposite of what my issue is and can only worsen the condition, which proves the doctor did not even listen what I said. When I requested a book of compliants, they said they do not have one🤡 Tbh this is yet another reason to complain. If you are reading it, never, NEVER go to this clinic if you have any other choice.

properly bad service. family doctors are burnt out or not interested in helping. my home doctor would be looking into her phone all the time during my visit. as if im distracted her from instagram. references were often made with mistakes (dates names etc). test results would often get lost and i had to call again for them to be sent. i have developed stress about going to doctors/asking for help after all the things happening in Medical House. some doctors were nice but overall experience is bad nevertheless mostly cos of family doctors. my dreadful feelings passed only after i stopped using services of that clinic. regret it took me so long to search for another clinic in the city.

I can't give more stars. General impression is that doctor are good BUT waiting time in a queue and it doesn't matter weather it is to reception or to visit a doctor sometimes is unreal. You can easily spend have a day just visiting a specialist, making x-ray on their request and visiting the same doctor again to discuss further steps

Don’t recommend. I call to make appointment during 1 week very day. They didn’t answer. Finally I reached them out and made appointment on Monday to Dermatologist. When I came on Monday, regestrarur’s operator told that there are not appointment. How it’s possible? They offered me live queue but it can take due to 3 hours. Also reception rejected to tell me the price for blood test analysis. Don’t recommend this clinic

Pro: clean place with good doctor’s. Cons: the name is American georgian medical house, called them for English speaker, they hung up the call twice. Even though I chose english at the answering machine. Went there in person, gave me papers with is fully written in Georgian, didn’t had a clue what is for what. I recommend you to have a Georgian speaker with u.
