The doctors are very competent, but the cashier service and registration are very bad.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is rude and unhelpful, from the receptionist to the doctors (especially the family doctors). I was feeling really bad and went to this clinic because it is close to my house. I had a severe headache and high blood pressure. The doctor was irritated, angry, did not examine me, did not measure my blood pressure, even after I told him that I had high blood pressure these days. He treated me so badly that I burst into tears, I left the clinic crying and went home in a worse state. Never go to this clinic!!!!!

I'd like to leave a review about the clinic's endocrinologist, Anna Kvaraya. She's not only a professional but also very empathetic. She's always available and will explain any unclear issues. I underwent comprehensive endocrinology treatment with Anna while planning a pregnancy. The result was the birth of a healthy daughter. I will always be grateful for her help during this difficult time. Not sure I’ve been somewhere worse in Tbilisi. The staff is rude, almost all of the doctors are rude, the clinic itself is not even good. My doctor was very late, which obviously made me late to work, wouldn’t recommend unless this is the last place you can come to get your medical issues solved. Any other clinic in Georgia is better. But the lady who gave me the vaccine turned out to be nice in the end.

Some family doctors lack both competence and humanity.
