Zero stars Blind people work here 🧐 They did an X-ray and said there was no fracture 🤷‍♂️ I am attaching the reports from another clinic

7 in the morning I'm in hospital explaining my situation and reception asks me which doctor she should assign me to?! you tell me ma'am.if I knew I wouldn't be explaining it to you. At the end I ask a general doctor and she says you have to wait because we don't have general doctor at this hour then makes a call and asks a doctor who know English to step in so I can talk to them directly (I had a translationer). The doctor mentioned comes after 5 minutes (I went in emergency section) gets my symptoms and leaves whit no words and I waited in the room for like 15 minutes again no doctors. Can you take me seriously If I was ok to wait do you think I would be at hospital at 7:00 a.m.?

I wish I could give 0 stars I was completely disappointed that was the worst hospital experience EVER. I genuinely hope it’s just me so unlucky because if it’s normal there I would be extremely surprised why the hospital is still working. The worker there was so rude! I thought you were supposed to help me but instead I face her completely unacceptable attitude, what do you mean « who told you you need stitches on your injury » that’s why I came!!! It’s my guess!! I need a consultation!!!! And a lot of people I asked told me I need the stitches. The worker told me several times how expensive that would be, I said her I know that a lot of times but she kept repeating that. I told her the fifths time I need a consultation and I know it will be expensive and then she told me « we don’t have free room right now, you should go to another hospital. That was the second try this day because I’m sure I have concussion and I need stitches!!! Such a rude lady, I hope she will never ever work with people, you should help us and not kicking out!!! -10/10 the WORST experience EVER I hâte that place and especially that lady

Staff were friendly, always helpful to both me and the patient and in a very good mood by the looks of it. Price was also fair and they got us all the answers we needed. Probably the only place I’ll go for emergency care in Tbilisi in the future.

Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Not everything works perfectly, phone number of Neurosurgery didn't work for 2 days until I said about it to the call center. Dear foreigners, They charge everyone same price unless they have insurance. With it it will be 40-70% cheaper. I'm a foreigner too, so😉

I was in this clinic in emergency room. Got strong positive impression. Everyone was friendly and careful. Besides Georgian, staff speaks English and/or Russian. I got tested for COVID before contacting with doctors and nurses and I think it’s quite good practice. Also I got X-ray and doctor’s consultation in a reasonable time. Many thanks!

People in ER were very nice n friendly but cannot say same about the experience on main reception. She was rude and became frustrated with me. I understand there was a language barrier but there is never an excuse for poor customer service. Patience and friendliness is always appreciated. Won’t be coming back here
