If consultants does not know English, and if they cant speak they will hang up on you before u say second word

The pediatrician Dr.tamar and her assistant are amazing, they are really helpful and caring, she does remember my son every time we visit and what i like about her that she responded to her messages immediately and cares about her patient .The only bad thing about this clinic is that they never respond to the phone and they hang up once they do ,which can make it hard to schedule an appointment and they might loose a lot of new patients this way .

One of the best clinics with good service, clean and comfortable facilities and good doctor whom can explain u on your language what the hell wrongs with u 😅😅😅

Incompetent and rude traumatologists, one told me to get ultrasound on my dislocated shoulder (2weeks after dislocation) second one told me I got ultrasound for no reason cause it would not give us the answers we needed and talked to me in impolite tone, as if it was my fault I followed his colleague’s instructions. I was asking questions trying to navigate myself through treatment and he was annoyed and blamed me for being emotional. Never going there Only girls in registration desk were helpful. Family doctor told me to get over my claustrophobia and fear of MRI by praying inside the MRI, what a joke P.S I got open MRI in UniRad, located in Gagua Clinic on Vazha-Pshavela avenue, it when great

Nice clinic but to make appointment you need to call to call center. They don’t speak English and just disconnect or not answering the calls which make it challenging to get the appointment. Three months after my first review I put 1 star here because the situation didn’t change and became even worse. I edited this review again because bobody answer calls again. 30 July 2025. Now every time I will add the date when the clinic ignores my calls.

I had an appointment with the ophthalmologist at 20:20. But the doctor took me in at 20:50. Also there was no translator. And the doctor barely spoke any English. This is not the first time I had an appointment and I had to wait an extra 20-40 minutes. Another problem with this clinic is doctors here don't explain to you your problem or anything they just give you some pills and no diagnosis.

Dermatologist blatantly lied to me saying that a follow-up consultation with a Urologist that she recommends would be free if booked within 7 days. When going to book, it turned out to be a paid consultation and that only the second meeting with the original dermatologist (after meeting with the urologist in between) would be free, but since there's no guarantee the urologist wouldn't require tests that could be returned and I could see the dermatologist again within the 7 day window, there was no way for me to avail the free follow-up visit. The consultation costs for the derma and urolog are the same price, so there's no reason why Raymann couldn't offer to make the urolog visit free and have me pay for the follow-up with the derma. Absolute terrible customer service, horrible business mindset, and the dermatologist I met with was quite dismissive and rude.

10/10 for the effective and professional service. English speaking receptionist available when me and my partner walked in for an urgent early pregnancy ultrasound. 10/10 for the hygienic and comfy environment.
