I have met the best team in terms of laboratory, radiology, and family doctor services. The best experience is your attention and, most importantly, reliability in any research or diagnosis, which has unfortunately become a rare luxury in this country.

Nice and tidy clinic with no queue and polite personnel. But they didn’t notice rib fracture on my CT scan which is very obvious and was noted few days later by another doctor. Mixed feelings to make certain statement about whole institution but my experience is very far from good!

Called the clinic to ask if they speak English. They said yes but continued speaking Georgian. When I asked if I could get a sick leave certificate after visiting their doctor, they just hung up. Extremely unprofessional.

Administrator Nanka helped me very quickly, promptly and positively, answering all my questions in a way that made me feel very comfortable. I also really liked the family doctor Elene Baghaturia.

I am English on a trip to Georgia, we had this clinic recommended and it was definitely a good overall experience. The staff (receptionists, nurses and doctors) were overall very helpful, on the phone they helped to get an appointment the same day, when we got there everyone was kind and friendly, and nice about us not speaking Georgian. There wasn’t many English speaking workers but we used Google translate which worked fine. The hospital was very clean and nice inside. We had to wait for a little bit a few times but never very long. I had to pay for some things but I felt like the price was appropriate.
