I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM and arrived 10 minutes early, but there was no one in the clinic. I waited for about 40 minutes and walked around the entire clinic twice — still no one was there. I had to leave and go to another clinic. Luckily, there were other clinics nearby with actual staff. The children's department looks much better.

I had a amazing experience at this dental clinic. Natia tsiklauria was my dentist and she fixed my teeth completely. She worked very hard and with care. She rebuilder 4 of my teeth and they look much much better now I’m very happy. The clinic is very professional and modern.

Been going here for 5+ years and always happy with service. Doctor Levan Kimeridze is the best, he is already our family doctor, caring top professional. One thing i would suggest is to ask your customers whether they want to be called day before the appointment, me personally do not pick up unknown numbers, especially taking into consideration situation in Georgia (2024)

I'm beyond frustrated with this place. I've asked multiple times for them to verify my coverage with my insurance, only to find out later that they were charging me and gave me a false diagnosis and lied to my insurance just to get more money. They didn’t bother doing their job and confirming with my insurance, even though the service is covered. I can't understand why they're being so incompetent. If you want to waste your time, money, and deal with unnecessary stress, go ahead. Their poor service will definitely leave anyone upset.
