The worst part was that she made one major treatment decision without consulting a surgeon or even checking the condition of my bone tissue. When I switched doctors, I found out the entire treatment had to be restarted, this time with aligners. That means at least another $3,000 and a lost year. For me, this has been an extremely negative experience: wasted time, money, and trust. Sharing this so others are aware.

BEWARE — THEY BUTCHERED MY TEETH I made the huge mistake of trusting Nek Dental. At first glance, they look legitimate, don’t be fooled. They did a half-decent job cleaning, so I stupidly agreed to get two cavities filled. Big mistake. First red flag: NO X-RAYS. Who fills cavities without doing an x-ray first? These clowns do. Somehow my “two cavities” magically turned into SIX on the day, funny how that works, right? Now, months later, two of those teeth still hurt EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This place is reckless. They act like amateurs, drilling away without any proper checks or care for what they’re doing to people’s teeth. Now I’m paying out of pocket to fix their botched work at another dentist , one who actually knows what they’re doing. Oh, and good luck finding their prices online, they hide that too. I wonder why. Bottom line: If you value your teeth and your money, STAY AWAY from this place Dental. There are way better, more professional clinics in Tbilisi. Save yourself the pain, literally.

I recently sent my wife to NEK Dental Studio for an orthodontic consultation. While the clinic was clean and the staff polite, there were several aspects of the visit that left us disappointed. Unlike other dental clinics in the area that offer free consultations for braces, NEK charged 50 GEL. This came as a surprise, especially since their website does not list any price for an orthodontic consultation. The only fee mentioned online is 30 GEL for a general dental visit, which added to the confusion. Additionally, no treatment plan or written recommendations were provided after the consultation, and we did not receive a receipt. The administrator never even asked for our identification nor did she request we fill out any forms! The consultation itself felt informal, and while the doctor was courteous, she appeared quite young and somewhat unsure. There was also no assistant present during the visit, which affected the overall sense of professionalism. In fairness, the environment was reasonably clean and the staff seemed well-intentioned. However, for the fee charged, we expected a more thorough and structured consultation, ideally including a treatment plan and clear communication regarding pricing. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations.

I visited this clinic for a cleaning and tooth extraction, and everything went smoothly. The staff is very polite and attentive. No complaints - highly recommend!
