But they send the blood samples to Germany laboratory just once in a month. And I cannot schedule, nor they notice me the exact date a week before. I've been waiting about 2 months, finally I got the test after I cancel my summer vacation.(Because they change the dates several time, I couldn't make my schedule) It's very annoying experience.

I arrived at the clinic at 9:20 AM and left at 2 PM, nearly six hours later, having done two procedures of 10 minutes each. The doctor was great, but the receptionists and queues were frustratingly inefficient. 1. Arrived at the clinic and waited in line to get a ticket for the reception area. The receptionist read the doctor's note and sent me to the main reception with a ticket. 2. Waited to see the main receptionist, who then told me to go to another reception on the 3rd floor. 3. Went to the 3rd floor reception, waited to speak to them, and was sent back to the 1st floor to see the doctor. 4. The doctor told me I needed to go through reception, but when I explained I had already been there, he allowed me to proceed. He then sent me back to the 3rd floor reception. 5. Arrived at the 3rd floor, where the receptionists finally took payment and sent me back to the doctor. 6. Waited for an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor. After the first procedure, I had to wait outside for the second procedure and then wait again for the paperwork to be completed. 7. The doctor informed me I needed surgery and gave me the paperwork to take to reception. 8. Got a ticket and went to reception, where I waited for another hour before a colleague finally helped the receptionist. All of this while I hadn't eaten due to the procedures requiring fasting. If you are going to this clinic, be prepared to spend your whole day there.

I had an scheduled operation, the doctors said to come at 09:00. I came, got a number to the reception and that's it. Are reception employees aware of the existence of numbers? They called people by name, processed people who were without numbers. Why are they calling without numbers? Why did the doctors say to come at 09:00 if the workers calls by name and I have to wait? Why call all the people with the operation at the same time? Because of this, a huge queue is created, where they call by name.
