If you’re a FOREIGNER reading this -> THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE. Don’t go waste your money at the American Clinic. Very reasonably priced! Consultations are around 100 Lari give or take. The surgeon Dmitriy is one of of the kindest and best doctors I’ve ever had and cares so much about his patients. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Also they only open at 10am!

She has an assistant who also speaks English, so communication is not a problem. Margarita is sweet, kind, and explains everything to us with patience. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. From the reception staff to the nurses, the level of service was shockingly poor. Patrons are treated as nothing more than cash cows, with little to no genuine care for their well-being. The reception is the heart of any clinic, and unfortunately, the staff here are some of the worst, most condescending, rude, and inexperienced individuals I have ever encountered. Reception needs to realize that it is the patients who are feeding them—without these patients, they wouldn’t have jobs or the lives they currently lead. It’s time to wake up, learn your duties, and start treating patients with kindness and respect. Given the significant amount of money this clinic generates daily, it is baffling that they cannot even hire competent nurses to properly care for their patients. Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable that water provided to patients comes from a bathroom sink. Is the clinic really unable to afford bottled water for its patrons? What’s more concerning is the blatant disregard for patient safety. I was allowed to descend the stairs the day after surgery without any nurse assistance. This is not only unprofessional but potentially illegal. I nearly fell down the stairs, and if it weren’t for a kind stranger who helped me, the situation could have been much worse. I questioned whether I was the only one experiencing this nightmare, but after speaking with other patrons, I found their experiences to be equally appalling. It is truly distressing to hear stories of patients being told they need to leave because new patients are arriving, despite still needing medical attention. Even worse, when patients call to report feeling unwell, they are met with yelling instead of proper guidance. I personally overheard an accounting person answering a patient's call and rudely dismissing them, telling them to call an emergency line with a condescending attitude. This is not how you treat people in need of help. The clinic’s treatment of family members is equally unacceptable. Family members are yelled at and told to leave, with promises that they will be called, yet they aren't even contacted to inform them that the surgery was successful. This complete lack of communication is shocking. If the nurses or clinic are unable to provide adequate care, at the very least, they should allow family members to step in and assist. This lack of basic compassion is unacceptable in a medical facility. Despite all these issues, I must acknowledge that the clinic does have good doctors. People like me choose this clinic because of the doctors, not the service. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Zura Shanava and Dr. Nini Jichonaya, who were absolute angels throughout my time at the clinic. Their professionalism and genuine care for their patients stood in stark contrast to the rest of the staff. I sincerely hope they find better clinics where their talents and care are more appreciated. This clinic, however, is far from where they deserve to be working. The clinic’s attitude of "who cares, we still have so many patients" won’t sustain them for long. I’d advise the Clinic to rethink how they treat people because this kind of behavior won’t last.

They have terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional, can’t answer simple questions and provide information. Wanted to go to consultation , but was not able and have no more interest, to be honest. when i said they will lose many customers because of poor customer service, she replied “ we are not lacking customers anyway”.

NOT RECOMMEND!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I booked 20 March 2024 for 9:30 and arrived for the visit on time. There were 4 people ahead of me, all scheduled for 9:30, each with a 15-minute consultation. I asked why there were 4 people booked for the same time, and they said, 'That's how we do it.' However, the guy didn't start seeing patients until 9:45. It felt like a Soviet-style private clinic. Kuzanovi created a private clinic but runs it in a Soviet-style. P.S. There weren't enough chairs for people to sit, so patients had to wait for their consultations standing.

Disorganised service. They will tell you to come to the clinic at 10 AM and then take you in at 1 PM. There is no possibility to have appointments even. Just disrespectful to people’s time.

Best experience ever! I have decided to go with breast surgery and was searching for a suitable clinic who would do for me what i needed and of course at desired time. Since i am not leaving in Georgia and working in other county i was even not sure that such practice was possible. But have decided to do my best and contacted clinic through instagram and then got immediately reply with contact details and information!
