I was at a reproductive specialist. I didn't have to wait at the entrance or for the doctor at all, because there was no queue. The doctor asked me everything in detail, did an ultrasound, and prescribed medication. The doctor is very attentive and takes the initiative to ask me about my health every month. I am very satisfied.

I had a PCR test done at Neolab and overall, my experience was quite satisfactory. The clinic itself is well-organized and maintains a professional atmosphere. One aspect was regarding the test results. I was informed that I would need to pick them up from another location, which was a bit inconvenient but manageable

I can't say for sure if clinic is good or not but here is my story. I came here to make a basic smear test for STD. But it turned out that the lab workers were not familiar with the procedure. Like literally. They had no idea how to proceed with the smear test. So they just told me that urine test should work too, so I proceeded with the urine. Test turned out negative and it actually was negative, but still needed a double check. So in case if you need to check for STD and you need a smear test - NeoLab is not your clinic of choice. Other than that the staff was very friendly.

Had my PCR test done there once, it was a smooth, competitively priced and quick service, although I had to call twice to remind them to email me my test result. The reason for three stars is that the nurse who did my test did not do it very thoroughly, touching my tongue several times in the process and not taking swabs of my tonsils properly. I was surprised they did not ask for it to be done again, given a potential for contamination/interference.
