I had a confirmed appointment for a surgical procedure, which I scheduled well in advance. On the day of the operation, after preparing mentally and physically, and waiting for hours, I was informed that they would not be able to proceed with the surgery. No clear explanation was given, no prior notice, and absolutely no regard for the time, effort, or emotional toll this caused. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, especially from a clinic that handles medical procedures. I lost an entire day, missed other appointments, and now have to start the process all over again elsewhere. If you value your time, health, or peace of mind – stay far away from this place. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing.

The clinic is modern, beautiful, and equipped with excellent facilities. I want to highlight that the surgeon Nino was very kind and professional, explained everything, and paid attention to me. However, regarding the doctor Giorgi, I felt like he was a bit rushed and didn’t do a full examination. He asked me which moles I wanted to check with the device, but afterward, he did take the time to explain everything and gave advice on skin care. At the time, I didn’t realize that a full examination was necessary, but I found out later, which is why I’m mentioning this in my review. Overall, my impression was positive, but this is something to keep in mind. That’s why it’s still a 5 star review.
