Okay, so I was at medi about two weeks ago. I was supposed to get epilation. The "doctor" who did the procedure apparently charged me for an entirely different thing, as it turns out. I called and inquired about it, and customer support apologised. She told me someone would call me back, and I would be reimbursed. Then this woman called me and started explaining what I had done before and why the pay was higher. According to her, I had more hair than I was supposed to, and "doctor" had done everything correctly by overcharging me. After I explained to her that I wasn't stupid and I was charged for the wrong procedure. She said "fine we will reimburse u". Never once apologising. She was possibly not very bright, considering her arguments didn't make much sense. I'm never going back there, so I asked them to put the sum on my sister's number. She sad she didn't know whether it would be possible. They haven't contacted me since. Ahh I almost forgot, the "doctor" commented on my skin tone around certain areas and suggested using brightening creams. I thought she was trying to be helpful at that moment? I'm not so sure anymore. If you still decide to visit this clinic, good luck. Worst experience ever

Both doctors, Sopo Chikovani and Fati Kobalia are true professionals. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the results were excellent. Highly recommend this aesthetic center!

One of the worse place in terms of service They make you do appointments and every time you come they are always arguing about not having the appointments system And the girl on the front desks is as rude as it gets instead of apologizing for their mistakes she simple says go wait.

A dentist Lana (in Medi on Kostava St.) has ruined my tooth. And I needed this tooth made up again. And now it looks scary with a sore gum. And I've paid for this 206 lari! The worst dentist i've ever had in my life.

The clinic divides people into nationalities. I wrote to make an appointment for the procedure, but I was told that the discount indicated on the website is valid only for residents. But I didn't mention whether I have residency or not, so it's just a matter of nationality. Do you know who else has done this?

Worst clinic at the same time Evil! They wanted to treat 3 of my teeth which 1 of them was critical ! They didn’t put medicine in it so I will have to take it off later and implant it up with them ! And doctor also removed gum from 1 of my front teeth which the gum is now higher than other and is in critical condition ! Also she did it without asking me and with wrong tool ! She use the tool that is supposed to dig into teeth for nerve removal! Also they have lied to me and made me sign a page that is supposed to be for insurance company but it’s for not suing them ! Also they have lied to me about they’re pricing once I have paid 99 laris for 1 root teeth and second time I paid 150.

Terrible service, they don't think about the customer at all, they don't have a toilet for customers, I understand that we leave the house tidy, but what happens on the way, maybe you need to go to the toilet and tidy yourself up before you get service, this is very low level, especially when you pay so much money. I just left the branch and I will never go to a place where there is such a low level of service and they don't think about the customer, I don't know what the person who runs this business thinks about
