My wife decided to visit Cardiomedsport after trying a different physical therapist. She recently completed 4 sessions for her painful left shoulder, and the results have been fantastic! Dr. Besik did a wonderful job of asking detailed questions and then tailoring a customized treatment plan. His assistant Ana was very skilled and attentive. They carefully listened to my wife during her sessions and then adjusted treatment as necessary. And they both speak excellent English, so communication was not a problem.

Dr Besik is wonderful and very experienced . He is very devoted to help improving mobility, proprioception and functional strength. I absolutely recommend him if you are staying or live in Tblisi.

My first appointment was a consultation where he reviewed my MRI and asked a lot of questions to understand how my back problem developed. He was the only doctor I’ve seen who wanted to hear the entire story. We met 2 times a week for 4 weeks. Each session began with a review of progress and my current pain level so the therapy was slightly different every time—adapted to my situation on that day. Now we meet 1 time per week while I do the stretching and strengthening exercises at home every day. I am very happy with the results and am on my way to a full recovery after months of back pain. Working with Besik and Ana is very easy for me as an English speaker in Tbilisi.

After multiple years of injury problems, I had very little hope of recovery left. I went to Cardiomedsport on a recommendation but with little positivity that things would change. At that point, I couldn't run more than a kilometre without considerable pain. Fast forward seven months and I've just finished the ultra marathon which I could only have dreamed of at the start of the year. I owe so much of this recovery to Besik and Ana. Besik took time to actually understand how I got to this position and every time I went in, he would check what had changed and adapt the plan to suit. In short, Cardiomedsport makes you feel like a human who is cared for rather than a patient to give a generic diagnosis to. I recommend them to people all the time already so it felt the right time to leave them a top review too.

Cardiomedsport was a great choice. Besides being very knowledgeable and patient, the doctor, Besik, speaks fluent Georgian, English, and Spanish, so the communication was great. He took his time to gather all the information and check on my back and arm pain, and then he helped me solve it. Ana, who helps him with the sessions, was very nice too. I really recommend this place :)

Caring to customers, really effective treatment - just amazing! From a very painful neck and shoulder spasming pain to now being mobile as usual again in 4 sessions - like a miracle. 💙 I will come again and again with no doubt, if I have problems!
