I waited a month for an appointment with the doctor. On the appointed day, I showed up for 1:30 p.m. I waited another 40 minutes, and the receptionist told me I had to wait longer. Meanwhile, one patient arrived at my appointment time, then another. When I objected to this, neither the receptionist nor the doctor responded. Ultimately, I simply left the clinic. Disrespectful administration, why do you even have to schedule an appointment when in reality you have to sit and wait for an unknown amount of time. I do not recommend this clinic.

This clinic is where my “sugar” and “head” doctor works, an incomparable expert in his field and a cool man - David Kezel 👍🏻 Since 1998, he has not made a mistake in diagnosing me and then providing adequate treatment. Whichever clinic he goes to, I will follow him there too😂 Thank you, David!

The doctors I had for my pregnancy and ultrasound were very good. The only thing that always left a bad taste in my mouth was making an appointment. At the appointment, you're sent for tests that are ready in a couple of days, and the doctor has to review them and give you a prescription. At that point, you have to go without an appointment and skip the line. You either have to explain the situation or just wait until no one is there. It's tricky during pregnancy, but in such a situation, everyone is there; I specifically pointed this out. This makes things awkward and increases irritation. Many don't let you in; you have to explain each time that you're only there for a minute to make an appointment, ask to skip ahead, etc. It would be nice to somehow change this procedure.

They are ordinary businessmen. They have a lot of money. They will stretch you to the limit to solve a simple problem.

The clinic's interior is very clean and tranquil. A long corridor leads to the reception area and doctors' offices. There's a TV and a water cooler in the waiting room. Visually, the interior is a very respectable establishment.
