I am very satisfied. I had central serous chorioretinopathy and after laser surgery I was able to see again. The doctors are very warm and attentive.

Gynecologist Dr Keti is very professional. Also blood analysis is available there but a bit expensive. Nice doctors who speaks English. Totally satisfied with the service there

Very poor service. They simply couldn't even examine my minuses properly. The ophthalmologist prescribed me the wrong glasses, which is why I spent 90 GEL on glasses made with the wrong prescription. They admitted the mistake, but refused to refund the money. They offered me a new visit (considering the fact that after this clinic I had to go to another clinic, because it was impossible to wear the glasses I was prescribed). They didn't even refund the money for the visit. I don't recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Low competence + low quality service. They haven't heard anything about patient rights. Thank you ❤️

I went to this clinic for an eye exam with ophthalmologist Dr. Marina Ramazashvili. She and her staff are excellent, very professional and helpful, and they speak English. Good prices, great service. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience at IQ Clinic when we had to return a pair of glasses that had a rare hardware problem that was unfixable. Even thought it had been many months since we purchased the glasses, the eye doctor was willing to exchange the malfunctioning frames with a pair. Though we expect this kind of customer service in the west, it was a gesture worthy to be applauded here. Georgians have told me that the limit to return something you've purchased is usually only three days, at the very most two weeks, where you get possibly only an even exchange... or an "I'm sorry, I can't help you," where you're then stuck with the malfunctioning product. Again, I appreciate the staff of IQ Clinic and their willingness to work with me on my return.
