The place was incredibly busy but Katya helped me navigate the ins & outs perfectly. The first consult went great and now comes the big steps. Will update this review as we go through it. Strongly recommend clinic Innova. The clinic itself is clean. Compared to other clinics in Tbilisi, the hygiene in the clinic is well maintained. The staff is helpful and multilingual. My special thanks and huge recommendation to Dr. Tamar Dzotsenidze. From personal experience and what I have seen, she approaches each patient with great care and no judgement. Gynaecology is very invasive, but doctor Tamar ensures that she works according to the comfort level of her patients, and makes the experience lighter for everybody. She is kind enough to be reachable through her personal number in case of emergencies, even at night - you will not see this anywhere in the EU or the US. Strongly recommend!!!

I have a botched breast now and had to undergo a second surgery (in a different clinic of course) thanks to Mikhail the mammologist surgeon. I regret stepping my foot in this clinic and agreeing to do surgery…

Horrible service, huuuge queue. The receptionist is dead slow.I was waiting 40 minute just to make payment. Not recommended at all.

I visited the Innova Medical Centre two times. First time in December 2020 with Dr Tamar Dzotsenidze. The visit went well, i was happy with the provided consultation and professionalism of the doctor. Second time, I visited the centre on 4th January with my husband. We have been told we can’t make the timed appointment in advance and have to queue to see the doctor. We paid ₾85 each for the consultation at the registration and went to see Dr Ramaz Aghlemashvili orthopaedist- traumatologist. We were appalled by the smell of tobacco in the waiting hall, and later found out that the smell was coming from the doctor’s room we were seeing. It’s not only unethical to smoke in the room patients are seen but also illegal in Georgia. We were asked to wait for 5 mins outside the room while 3 other doctors were in the same room presumably smoking, and possibly drinking as we later saw half empty glass of strong drink (we presume) on the doctor’s desk. I’m sure Dr Ramaz is a great specialist however it is appalling the level of medical ethics are at such low in the medical profession in Georgia and this clinic which is considered to be one of the best in Tbilisi. Shame.

English is at the bare minimum. No one explains anything. I’m staying at the door of cardiologist for apprx 45 minutes. And there is no one inside the room. Is supposed to be only one patient before me and she has waited for 1 hour already. Also I have no idea how the cardiologist will explain stuff to me when she doesn’t speak English. So good luck if you a foreigner. Terrible services. No one helps.
