Toilets are not clean. There is no proper bin for disposal for toiletries.

As a German person lol I can definitely say that this has nothing to do with a German hospital. As a foreigner I payed 400 GEL / day and got actually nothing but a dirty room, some bed sheets and not a single English speaking person. It smells like cigarettes everywhere, the personnel is watching tv or loud things on their mobile devices (I don’t mind them doing it when they got nothing to do but as an ill person I cannot take this kind of noise), they mostly are not nice to you, don‘t explain what they are doing or what they give you for medication. The food they gave me is not suited to digestive diseases e.g. some very oily soup. I am afraid that I‘m getting something else out of this hospital to be real because it‘s disgusting. They didn‘t give me proper sheets, have to make my bed every 20 mins myself, the window does not close properly, the bathroom is a nightmare. I don‘t know how any of this can be legal. I would sue them if I had any chance in Georgia to do that. I‘m thankful for those few persons that seemed to make a good job and that cared but this hospital has made me severely scared of the medical standards here. I was so delirious when emergency took me that I could not look it up beforehand, please don‘t go here!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the ambulance service, which arrived quickly, and to the medical staff, who provided treatment for the patient. However, during my visit to the hospital, I faced humiliation and disrespect based on my nationality and educational background from both the security guard named Giorgi and the reception staff. We spent 400 GEL in this hospital without having insurance — 375 GEL for the initial visit and 25 GEL for the following one. Even on a paid basis, as a visitor deeply concerned for my husband, who was undergoing treatment, I experienced rudeness and prejudice. We arrived at the hospital on August 6, and my husband was transferred to a ward for the night. On the morning of August 7, I came at 11:00 to visit him and bring fresh linen and bottled water, as the hospital only provides tap water. I was allowed to visit and was escorted to the elevator, but the security guard started speaking to me in a raised voice, refusing to let me proceed and showing disrespect. I then approached the doctor again, who personally accompanied me to my husband. I wrote a formal complaint about the rude behavior and the offensive remarks made towards me, but my complaint was never addressed. I was later told that visiting hours are from 16:00 to 17:00, but even yesterday, when I arrived within that time frame, I was not allowed to visit. This situation caused me significant emotional distress, tears, and stress, despite the fact that we fully paid for the services received. Such treatment towards visitors — especially those who are here to support their loved ones in a difficult moment — is unacceptable.

This clinic is so bad,they asked me to pay the full amount(more than double the price compared to a regular clinic) at the start when I went via an Ambulance to Emergency department.They kept me waiting for like 4-5hrs telling that the doctor will come and inspect and at last the Doctor did not even come to check me,only the nurse was taking care I had to leave cause I was not able to wait any longer.

This hospital is now called Globalmed, i was in the emergency room, having internal bleeding, i was there for several hours, and only then they told my family that there was no way the clinic to help me and i had to be moved to another clinic, it was the worst experience of my life and i hope this clinic closes down for good, terrible clinic and all the care about is money, nothing more, ive also heard that they dont pay their employees on time , very shameful for a clinic thats trying to compare to a german standard clinic, quality of care isn’t even close, i really hope this clinic closes soon for good and they end the torturing of people that are trying to be saved !!!!

My grandpa died here because of neglect. And now my grandma is here. While it was covid for my grandpa and they did not allow me to enter, i could now, for my grandma. There is blood on the floors of rooms (my grandma is here for pneumonia 4th floor). There are needle heads scattered all over the floor. NOONE CLEANS THE ROOMS. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD. This place is horrible. This place is what gives patients Hepatitis. I can not take my grandma now they want me to pay money. Amount that is unreasonable. Basically holding her hostage. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT AGREE TO 112 TO TAKE YOU HERE BE AWARE. They pay nurses 600 for monthly 192 Hours. This place is not a joke but a danger to society. Please, help me get this place closed.

The worst hospital in Tbilisi… it feels like Soviet Union . They do not have basic patient care materials, you either have to buy those or screem all over the hospital so that they bring it. Poor nurses did not have even simple Betadine or bandages to care for the bedsores of the patients. I do not talk about the diapers and bed linen…… Security guards are awful, you cannot avoid their attitude of “i am here to feel good by humiliating the others”. Even if you do not talk to them they will find a way to proof themselves. In short, there are just some good doctors and some amazing nurses. The rest is noooooo way reccomended.

I was today at the hospital with lung Problems. The secretary at the reception send me in the clinic and after that to another secretary at the emergency room. She told me to wait 30 min. After that she toll me to call emergency 112 to ask where to do covid test. She did Not call the Doctor. I am a doctor in Bayern Germany and this clinic it is NOT german at all. I don t know how the Doktors are but the reception it is horror.
