The consultant was a bit aggressive and treated me like I’m dumb although I always try to be very polite and attentive to people. Also I had to take off my spf and she didn’t give me any sunscreen afterwards… So I left without sunscreen for my hyperpigmentation and rosacea. It seems that the only way she will like you as a patient is if you don’t ask any questions. For instance she told me that non of the chemicals affect the dermis at all and when I mentioned topical vitamin A and C she really started disliking me 🙈 She was full of red flags 🚩One more troubling thing she also said was that during my treatment I’ll have to dehydrate my epidermis… Yes! That’s exactly what she said! But I’m very much convinced that even an oily skin should be well hydrated for proper cell turnover, for unclogging the pores, gods skin barrier function, shedding and many more… I have sensitive irritated skin right now with some dehydration of the dermis and dehydrating it even more would be an enormous disaster…! Why not start with procedures that first calm the irritation and hydrate the skin? I also have white heads. Btw I had to tell her that I have clogged pores because she didn’t even have a good look at my 40 year old skin 🙈 I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who seeks professional dermatologist services! Don’t be afraid or shy to ask questions even if the dermatologist doesn’t want you to!

Even though my skin condition wasn't severe, it was persistent that vastly affected my mental health. Thanks to Adori products, my skin has greatly improved after about 3 months of treatment. Although I get occasional pimples, it's very effective so far.
