A clinic where employees are yelled at and humiliated in front of patients!!! The first impression I have of this clinic is unfortunately this. I hope that after this assessment, the patient will not be affected by all this. Today, we went to the registry for pre-operative examinations where they do not even give us a basic queue number, but I was not annoyed by this because the registrar was quite quick and friendly and let the patients in. We had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. I was annoyed by the thin blonde lady, the so-called incompetent manager, who was hysterically screaming in the registry why the registrar did not answer the phone when he called. At this time, she was serving patients. At first glance, it's a minor incident, but when an incompetent manager in the clinic's lobby treats a patient unfairly (I should also note that he was serving and explaining to her), it's a bit embarrassing and disrespectful to the employees and, first of all, the patients. I really don't want to be in an environment where people are yelled at and disrespected. As for the service (despite such a stressful environment), they took care of us so well and explained what, after what, when, how, where we should do it that you are truly worthy of gratitude.

There are unprofessional specialists. I came to the clinic with mild pain in my lower back and was prescribed exercises based on a physical examination. My condition became so complicated that I am now in my third month of treatment and it cost me triple the amount. I was practically paralyzed for 3 weeks and could not walk. After an MRI, I was diagnosed with a large hernia and an acute condition. I am still facing the possibility of surgery. Do not contact this clinic.
