A clinic where employees are yelled at and humiliated in front of patients!!! The first impression I have of this clinic is unfortunately this. I hope that after this assessment, the patient will not be affected by all this. Today, we went to the registry for pre-operative examinations where they do not even give us a basic queue number, but I was not annoyed by this because the registrar was quite quick and friendly and let the patients in. We had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. I was annoyed by the thin blonde lady, the so-called incompetent manager, who was hysterically screaming in the registry why the registrar did not answer the phone when he called. At this time, she was serving patients. At first glance, it's a minor incident, but when an incompetent manager in the clinic's lobby treats a patient unfairly (I should also note that he was serving and explaining to her), it's a bit embarrassing and disrespectful to the employees and, first of all, the patients. I really don't want to be in an environment where people are yelled at and disrespected. As for the service (despite such a stressful environment), they took care of us so well and explained what, after what, when, how, where we should do it that you are truly worthy of gratitude.

There are unprofessional specialists. I came to the clinic with mild pain in my lower back and was prescribed exercises based on a physical examination. My condition became so complicated that I am now in my third month of treatment and it cost me triple the amount. I was practically paralyzed for 3 weeks and could not walk. After an MRI, I was diagnosed with a large hernia and an acute condition. I am still facing the possibility of surgery. Do not contact this clinic.

I recently visited the Dento Group. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I walked in the staff was friendly and the receptionist spoke very good English , putting me at ease. The office was clean, modern with the latest dental technology. Dr. Tamta Chachanidze was fantastic! She took time to explain the total procedure from removing my braces, to closing the gaps in my top roll of teeth (using a Dental Permanent Retainer) and 4 crowns on the bottom teeth. Dr. Chachanidze did the braces removal and the permanent retainer. The procedure was itself painless and I was happy with the outcome! Dr. Tamar Chalhnashvili did the Crown Placement. I Appreciated how gentle and attentive he was throughout (making the molds, checking teeth color…) . The process was smooth and virtually Pain-free-much to my surprise. I am thrilled with my new crowns, it fits perfectly and looks completely natural!! I can’t stop smiling. I highly recommend the Dento Group

Pictures are from 1st month, 4th month, 6th month and 7th month in. Customer service is great, they will always respond to your questions and book your appointments everytime you need help. I took the entire course as the doctor recommended. They said it was going to help me, but it didn’t. When I told them at the end that it didn’t help, they said it looks like this method didn’t work for me.

Worst place. Unprofessional and careless staff. They injured me instead of actually helping.

If we can say anything good and sign star 5 : these are: 1. Surgery was without health problems. 2. Everything was cleaned. 3. Staff (both girls) who brings breakfast, dinner and supper was too sweet and warm. 4. breakfast, dinner and supper was not bad. What about nurses: they were like hasitated and affraid to be opened and they were like robots. Several times they where coming late after calling. They (including the doctors) could not assisented degree of patient' s pain, they did not believe that pain was too hard, so they could not or did not did enough to resolve hard pain problems. After this clinic, patient had to call emergence during 4 nights to go to another hospital (because of pains - medicine which adviced doctor, was not enough for it) and of course this was not cheap. About not enough good visual result doctor said nothing before surgery (what he had known before) , he did not give enough information, he said only good sides of surgery and nothing about bad sides, also he lied about bad sides. During 6 days doctor visited twice for several seconds (like harrying). Between nurses the oldest one has phsycological and nerval problems and was crying on patient who was asking to help second times after 5 minute.

I came for a full mouth treatment. I experienced excellent attitude by all the stuff . I'm very happy with the final result and special . thanks to the lovely Doctor Irakli

Great receptionists, but the dentists were rude and unprofessional, not to mention didn't know what they were talking about. They'll do anything to get an extra buck off of you while providing absolutely no improvement. They have discounts on Swiss implants, which makes me very suspicious that they're actually Swiss. In short, this clinic is a Supermarket not a clinic, avoid at all costs 👎👎👎

I loveee the hospital!!! Doctor nino the gynecologist is so professional and the nicest doctor ever! She is so sweet and amazing. The hospital is also very serene and the nurses were extra nice, they could speak English and that’s a big deal as a foreigner❤️
