Worst place, I would give them 0, such rude and disrespectful receptionist. Does not know anything like check for appointments or if certain procedures are done at their clinic she has no idea and not ready to let me speak to anyone else. Disconnected the call twice.

I made an appointment with a traumatologist 2 weeks in advance. I came to the clinic and there was a live queue. I sat and waited for almost an hour. Why do they make an appointment then?

I have been to Dr. Zandukeli several times. He is the first doctor I think of when I have a problem. He is very friendly and he informs me by thinking about things that I don't even think about. I have had blood tests, ultrasound, etc. I have had no problems so far.

Family doctor Nana screamed at me with no reason. They have a problem with system and doctor communications but we have to pay for this and go through humiliation. Worst experience.

I called the operator at this branch to help me confirm my appointment made by referral and she just ended the call while I was trying to explain without helping or checking the system . I called the second time thinking it was a problem from my side and but she ended the call once again, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Extremely bad customer service.

The reception works only for certain clients. If you have an insurance and made a booking do not expect them to help you to even find your cabinet number. They DO NOT CARE. When I asked what is a door number of the family doctor I had an appointment to was, they told me that THEY DON’T KNOW.

Does not matter if you did or didn't book the appointment anyway they let patients in and had to wait for 1.5 hours just to be able to see the doctor from my appointment. Terrible service

customer service in laboratory is at it's lowest. the whole time they were taking my blood samples they were discussing other patients. they're inattentive, couldn't even count correctly the amount of tests that needed to be done. I'm disappointed, I won't go to their laboratory again.

A messy registry and communication with a patient hanging by their legs. Killing a nine-headed dragon and defeating the copper bulls growing from its teeth is required to see a doctor.

I have never been that disappointed in my life. Need to mention that I am head of customer service in the one of the biggest Georgian company and I know how it works. Doctors are not in their rooms! They always late! Beside it, they are rude and aggressive toward clients! Receptionists are not professionals and spreading false information, they rescheduled all my visits to doctor when I was seriously injured and needed help asap! This place should be permanetly closed, shame on you!

Terrible clinic, incompetent doctors. I was waiting for my appointment almost an hour. Dermatologist without taking an anamnesis and without prescribing any tests wanted to prescribe me treatment. Wasting of money and time

Will never go back there if i will even be dying. Catastrophic nightmare. Awful reception, awful interior, no one to ask anything and even if u find somebody, be sure they know nothing. Reception doesn’t even say hello and their head movement is the only thing with which you have to guess where to go. No one nows where the doctors are, if they are gone or still there. Doctor leaves without a notice and there you are sitting for one hour waiting for an empty cabinet.

D. Tatishvili hospital is right next to Vaja Pshavela metro station ( you go to the left from the tran, then right and up). The receptionist is extra hospitable. The hospital itself is very clean, just renovated or built, very quite and designed in Scandinavian, white colors in lagom style. I had an ultrasound check up and consultations, all doctors speak Russian and English and have quite big experience in what they do, as far as I understood. Highly recommended! You can get a good discount with Ardi insurance there
