DO NOT GO TO THIS GYNO Dr Guranda! Unnecessarily painful exam, Dr who sends you results without explaining them properly, doesn't give me my prescription until I keep calling over and over. Horrible horrible horrible go elsewhere.

I love this place, i come here all the time. Friendly staff, very clean and aesthetically pleasing space. Guranda is a very knowledgeable and professional gynecologist. Will go to her always. Highly recommend this clinic

So today I was having an appointment at 14:00, waited for almost an hour and a half, left the clinic at 15:05 and the doctor still hadn't arrived. I'm deeply dissapointed and will likely never visit this clinic again. So on Wednesday, 27.09.2023, I've made an appointment for today, Saturday 30.09.2023, at 14:00, and recieved an SMS confirmation. Today at 13:40 I've arrived at the clinic, seen some commotion at the reception - they clearly haven't expected me - and am being told that the doctor will arrive "in half an hour" - so approx. 14:10. Not ideal, but understandable. For clarity, doctor wasn't busy with another patient - he just wasn't present at all. At 14:10 still no sign of the doctor, I'm being told that he will arrive "soon". At 14:45 still no sign of the doctor, reception calls him for the third time and tells me that he will arrive in five minutes. At this point I'm setting a 5-minute timer, after 5 minutes doctor still doesn't arrive, I'm trying to reshedule for 10 more minutes (still no sign of the doctor) and finally I give up and leave. I don't believe that a clinic that makes its patient wait for almost an hour and a half won't provide acceptable health service, so I'll be looking for another one.
