The administrators don't know what they're saying. They said I could get a biopsy done in 3-5 days and then come in for an RF-lifting. I showed up, and the specialist refused to do the job, even though this procedure was so necessary and important to me! She didn't even look at my skin! The specialist explained it, and I have no questions! My questions are for management: why does the administration say one thing, but in the end, I'm wasting my time traveling to your city?
